BPI Sports Best Creatine 300 Gr Fruit Punch

Great Product. When it comes to creatine I have used many types and they all have different positives and negatives, Best Creatine mixes all of the individual types into one serving of deliciousness. Snow Cone is hands down amazing. I would like to know however how much of each individual creatine is in a serving. it says 4g of "Best Creatine Blend (Proprietary)" and for all we know that could mean 3 grams or monohydrate and 1 gram of the rest of the ingredients. I use 1 serving for during and after my workout. I take my pre workout, then I mix up the Best Creatine. I sip on it mixed with 12oz of H2O starting after I feel my pre workout beginning to work.

Before i took this product ive never took anything other than Creatine Monohydrate for 5gs. This product introduced many different forms of creatine to me. Im not sure exactly if its the combination of all of these or a specific form of creatine but my strength improved pretty well while on my bottle of this. I also retained more water than usual. But other than that the TASTE was great a solid 10/10, But the mixability was lacking in the s****ested 8oz of water. It was pretty gritty but not bad at all so ide rate it an 8. I would definitely buy this again, its an interesting product and love the addition of Betaine aswell.

Flavor: SnowconeTaste: 10/10 - Hands down best tasting creatine I've ever taken. Mixed with about 6oz water and the flavor still comes through! I swear to you this actually taste like a legitimate snowcone. Holy cow flavor is incredible on this. Interesting to note - Himalayan Pink salt is on the ingredient list. Never seen that before, but maybe it adds to how delicious it is? Consistency/Mixability: 10/10 - Mixed up just like the BCAAs. Very little shaking required, no chunks, super smooth. Awesome!Results: ? - Only used for a day, but again, BPI does a great job with their products, so I don't expect anything different from this one. Especially because it's the "best!"

Next up for my review is best creatine, snow cone flavor. I must say I have been impressed with BPI's line lately, their creatine is no exception. Looking at the label, it features 6 different kinds of creatine. I would assume that many creatine's to insure proper absorption. We all know how how much we can benefit from creatine in the gym, and now many studies have come out showing that creatine is also a good general health supplement. Adding creatine to your arsenal is a no brainer. I mixed one scoop in 8oz of cold water. Snow cone tastes fantastic. It's fruity, tastes like summer. Mixed in a blender with crush ice would be absolutely amazing. Best creatine stacks well with best bcaa. Another notch in BPI's belt.

I just started taking this supplement this week, but I do feel a difference already in terms of my performance at the gym. HOWEVER, if I do decide to purchase again, I will go for the unflavored kind. I bought the Lime Sherbet and it's so disgusting. The amount of sweetener they put in is ridiculous and it leaves me with this gross sucralose aftertaste for at least 5 hours after drinking it. It's scary to see the white powder turn to bright green as soon as the water hits it. If I continue to see results, I will definitely go for the unflavoured option.

As I have gotten older, I cannot handle 5g of creatine monohyrdate on an empty stomach. I feel nauseous and that is no way to have a great workout. With Best Creatine six forms of Creatine, I did not have any issue with stomach discomfort at all. The Snow Cone flavor is outstanding and much sweeter then I expected it to be. Strength-endurance has steadily increased throughout resistance training and my muscles have taken on a fuller appearance. What really surprised me was the vascularity that started coming out through my shoulders from the Himalayan Pink Salt. Going to buy Himalayan Pink Salt to add to my food it is so impressive!

The packaging suggests that you mix it with 8 ounces of cold water, but I can't see how that would stay mixed when it doesn't even mix in a bottle 4 times that size. However, it does suspend pretty evenly in the liquid, so all you have to do is shake it before you take a drink and its pretty much like it's mixed.Effectiveness: 9/10Obviously, these are no steroids, but damn, it might as well be his adopted brother. On day 1 I already noticed an increase in the amount of reps I could do. Usually, after 3-5 exercises, my rep count tends to plummet when I hit the wall, but with this stuff, I could just keep doing set after set. I did so much, so fast, that I ran out of exercises to do. And that is on the first day. I will continue to update this post to comment on mass gain, but if this keeps working as well as it is now, I will be thoroughly impressed.Overall: 9/10Works great, tastes amazing, mixes ok.

I actually LOVE this creatine. Other ones taste horrible, this one is pretty good. It also WORKS for an amazing price. Other companies charge an arm a leg. I got this for $9. SO good. Recommend

I have been using BPI Best Creatine for the past few months after my morning workouts. Since my workout stack includes a pre-workout, BCAAs, and creatine, it is difficult for me to say how much any one product has impacted my performance. I can say, however, that the BPI Best Creatine tastes very good and has not caused any noticeable water retention or other undesirable side effects. I have been very happy with this creatine and I will continue to use it. I have only tried the Snowcone flavor, which is delicious, but I also have new containers of Blue Raz and Fruit Punch in the cupboard. I am excited to try the new flavors once I have finished this one.

This product is my favorite creatine on the market by far. Tried a few other brands (ON, Beast Sports, and Cellucor) but BPI Sports exceeds all of those brands in every aspect of this product. Very effective, within a week I saw noticeable strength gains. This product didnt bulk me up either or and didn't make me retain water. Excellent product. Snowcone is delicious, I could drink it all day. Really dont know how this didn't win creatine of the year but BPI Sports is definitely making a huge impact in the supplement market. New favorite brand. If you want the most effective creatine, buy this for sure!
