I received 4 packets of ISO HD flavors through a BPI promotion, including Vanilla Cookie, Peanut Butter Candy Bar, Smores, and Banana Cream Pie. I was really excited to try ISO HD because the profile looks really good; it packs in 25 grams of Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Hydrolysate with only 1.5 grams of total fat and 3 grams of carbohydrates! Thus, I know I am getting exactly what is on the label and that it's high quality protein! In terms of flavors, they were all really good to be. Definitely way above the average protein flavors available on the market. My favorite was the Peanut Butter Candy Bar. Reminded by of Butterfingers, which I absolutely loved! The Smores and Vanilla Cookie were great too, probably tied in my mind. The Smores was very rich and sweet, while the Vanilla Cookie was light and sweet. I think I'd like a tub of the Vanilla Cookie the best because it would be the most versatile, in terms of being able to add different ingredients into it. Of all the flavors, I was the least partial to the Banana Cream Pie. I didn't find the flavor bad because it was sweet and creamy, but the banana was just a little too strong for me. However, I'll take any of these flavors in isolate over any bland chocolate or vanilla flavor any day! Cookie butter is CRAZY

Sooo love the cookie butter … I blend it w ice to do a lil makeshift type frapachino type deal. So good, also love the cookies & cream, I’m not a big cereal fan but my family loves the fruit loops flavor, my kids like to mix it into yogurt for breakfast. We usually have a tub or two of the “ISOHern” chocolate on hand. BPI does an amazing job w their protein products you won’t be disappointed

Excellent!

I take it a couple of times a day to meet the diet requirements of my workout program. I keep trying different brands and flavors. I like the flavor, quality (whey isolate and not just concentrate), packaging and size. It's a good price, too. Especially when you look at other brands.

Good but not suitable for those with severe lactose intolerance

This product tastes fine and mixes well with water. However, as someone who is very lactose intolerant I still feel quite abit of discomfort when consuming this product despite it being an Isolate. I have to consume it in small amounts to ensure my day isn't disrupted by having to run to the bathroom multiple times.Good product for its size and price point. Packaging was secure.

Good composition of the product. Awful taste.

The content of the product is pretty good. Dissolve fine. The taste is awful even for a protein isolate. It says Chocolate Brownie but has nothing in common with either of those. Don't love it.

Good value but very sweet

This was on a special so I bought. The last brand I bought had barely any sweetness to it so I wanted a change. Now the pendulum has swung fully the other way. Holy moly, this stuff is sweet. Really is like a liquid dessert.Unfortunately, compared to the last brand I bought this one doesn’t dissolve as easily. As a result, you get a much thicker drink - like a malt shake.Nutrient wise it seems on point. Relatively low on calories despite the sweet flavor. Haven’t tried it with milk yet so can’t comment on how that might change its taste etc.All in all, not a bad choice and especially recommended to those with a sweet tooth.

ISOHD Vanilla Cookie Protein

Always a fan of ISOHD for years. Not the same taste I’m accustomed to but glad to see the consistency of the protein back to normal. Seems to be some changes in the ingredients. Please bring back the OG taste and consistency of the protein. Nonetheless ISOHD remains my go to

Near perfect!

I'd love bpi sports, iso hd, isolate protein because of fast absorption, tasty chocolate brownie flavor, low calories. And all these goodies are availabe for a decent price. The only downside of this protein is that it doesn't dissolves quickly in water, it will take dome efforts. But benefits is obvious so I highly recommend this product.

It dissolves well in cold water. It is foaming too much, in my opinion. The main disadvantage is a strong taste and flavour with a chemical aftertaste. Bitter. Must be mixed with plenty of water or other ingredients to reduce taste deficiencies. Well absorbed. No specific digestive problems
