Brabantia Bo Touch Bin Hi Matt Black #01998

The bin is lovely and looks good quality. I wasnt expecting to buy an expensive bin however i have just had a new kitchen so thought I would go all out. There was a good price drop and that was enough to convince me and I'm not disappointed.I have a square shape kitchen. A small kitchen but I still have good space where it fits nicely against the wall. I like the shape of the bin as it is less awkward and nicely sits against a level space. The legs are great for cleaning underneath. The legs on the bin make it stand out. There are open sides for moving the bin easily.I thought it was bigger than expected but that is more the surrounding of the bin than the buckets itself. I thought they could have supplied a pack with the price paid but you can also use other bin bags.The bin was well packaged, and large. Im on the ground floor so i could pull along. You will need 1 strong person to lift otherwise 2. A lot of packaging but for the price of the bin it needs to be so no damage. So far so good.

Arrived in perfect condition. I upgraded from a smaller version of this and I love everything about it! My space is somewhat small but open concept and this is not an eyesore by any means (hard to capture in a picture). It is on the pricier side but well worth the cost! Also you can use regular 13 gallon trash bags, they are not a “perfect fit” but they still work just fine :-) super easy assembly and the levelers on the legs are a nice little bonus!

Sleek design. The plastic top feels looks a little flimsy considering the price point but the matted white looks great. I did read reviews regarding dents but I was hopeful when it arrived- double boxed with bubble wrap between the boxes. Still, there was a noticeable dent. Fortunately it was on the backside so I’d rather keep it as is versus trying to exchange.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT

I would not hesitate to buy. Looks sooo stylish and genuinely, before I got this bin I did not realise how BAD my other bin looked. This just looks like a bit of furniture. The touch open/close is lovely and smooth. The legs mean cleaning underneath is super easy. The fact you can split the rubbish into recycling is extremely useful. It also comes with a ten year warranty so is designed to last. Let's face it .... You very rarely replace a bin, so when you do get one, buy one that will last and you are happy with. I never thought I'd spend this much on a bin but it is definitely worth it! It also because of the legs sits flush against the wall.

I was looking to replace my old 30l Brabantia bin with something that included recycling to avoid the horrible plastic bag I had hanging on my kitchen door!Stumbled on this on another site and loved it, but was put off by the price tag which is rather luxurious for a bin. However, John Lewis had an offer, I had a voucher and all in all the end price - while still expensive - was much better.And this bin is well worth it. It looks stylish, and fits perfectly into the space I had, great to be able to sweep and mop underneath it because of the leg. Love it. It is big, but I had a perfect nook for it.The only downside is the bin bags required. Not trash for us but a hamper!

Bought this because of the strong aesthetics. Made one of those compromises with my spouse. He wanted a hamper/laundry basket that wasn't in the closet. I think hampers are visually atrocious. Even though Brabantia also makes a proper hamper, I liked the trash can's Simple's aesthetic. Works for us!

Stylish practical

This is stylish and practical, good capacity for recycling and waste. Sturdy build. Like how it is in legs as it's easy to clean under and give a more spacious feel to the kitchen despite such a bulky item. Came well packaged. Only downside is the price so I waited until there was an offer on to help keep the cost down.
