Apple Cider Vinegar is excellent for your health. With the added Apple Cinnamon flavor, it just makes it all the more easier to drink. Only 40 calories/bottle and it's loaded with Potassium. It is especially enjoyable when you are feeling sick and you've got the start of a sore throat. I will gargle and drink straight apple cider vinegar as a home remedy. This is a lot easier to swallow.

Original product wasn't available, so my order automatically switched to the Ginger-Lime flavor. Doesn't taste great, weak and diluted. What I've been looking for is the Citrus-Wild Cherry flavored ACV or the Pomegranate flavor. I really enjoy this product. It is refreshing and tasty. I like this vinegar especially since it does not last very strong, it has a lighter flavor. It is good stuff.Also, 8 containers gives you a gallon and it costs less than 4 of the Bragg 32 oz containers (4 of the 32oz gives 1 gallon).It is more cost effective to buy the Bragg 1 gallon, but the second cost effective option is this.

Highly recommend for a daily ACV tonic! Each bottle contains 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar making it a pre-measured daily dose. First ingredient is water. Also contains Ginger and Lemon. Nice sized glass bottles which make great re-purposed storage for sugar, salt, rice, beans..

This and the Apple and Cinnamon are good enough to stand alone. (You do, at first, get a little vinegar aftertaste, but you get used to it.) The other flavors need to go into some sort of juice to get it down (Preferably something like Cranberry) Also, MUST DRINK COLD! I've been drinking this daily, and have dropped almost 10lbs in just under a month, have more energy, and my fatty liver does not bother me. (It is supposed to help clear out the liver, among other things.) I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, but this stuff lives up to the hype.
Of the three flavors I tried, this was the most unpleasant. Really they all needed sweetener added. Also, the bottle doesn't disclose the actual amount of vinegar per serving. I'll stick with adding vinegar to my herbal tea. Trader Joe's White Moderna Vinegar is nice. TJ's also has several vinegar drinks that specify the amount of vinegar, plus they actually taste fairly good and are a refreshing cold drink.

Got out small glass added a few ice cubes, poured over the ice, swirled it around and drank some. Should have been videoed as I’m sure my face said volumes. It was good. I finished my glass and put the glass and ice in refrigerator. Later in the day I craved more, so I repeated the process. Each time is was probably no more than a quarter of cup and probably a bit less. I love Concord grape and I think that’s what makes it work for me. I plan on ... I drink ACV diluted with water in the morning and at night. I drink refreshers during the day. I wish they were not so expensive! Please make the Refreshers in larger sizes and not so expensive! And, please post recipes for drinks that can be made with the refreshers. The Lime Citrus flavor is crazy strong but I like adding the lime and lemon juice to my day. And, don't dilute your product with water!
I tried two types of flavors of this drink and was very impressed. I tried Apple Cinnamon which gave you like all the flavors of cinnamon and apple and vinegar. There is only 2 tbs. In each bottle but if I didn’t really want to taste the vinegar too much…I would Dilute mine with more water. Now, the Ginger Lemon Honey was excellent and different. I tasted more water and lemon and some ginger in that one. But overall Bragg has the best Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Prebiotic Refresher Drinks. Try them…I did. They are good.
