I've used trimmers from several competitors and this one takes the cake. The packaging is brilliant and lets you know everything you get before opening the box. The charge was quick and allowed for nearly instant use. The heads and guards it comes with allows for a close shave and a fine trim all with the same tool. Not to mention the handle and cartridge it comes with for an even smoother shave. Gone are the days of needing several tools to complete one job. Everything you need comes in this one box. The only negative this trimmer has is that while changing the guard, it is easy to change the setting and height on the trimmer so pay close attention before you begin using again.

I have used it for more than two weeks. It 8s good to carry it for travel because it just have single plug for multiple size. I love that feature because of my old Philips trimmer does not have that and I have to keep 5 different size of attachment in bag. I have to make sure that it does not break. Braun trimmer just have common attachment for different size and keep it in trimmer which safe to travel it.However, my beard hair was pulling when I was trimming without attachment. It should have comb shape to comb hair before trimming it. It is little low quality body and Overall, it is good for keep it travel.
I wasn't aware that Braun made a beard trimmer until we found this one. All other Braun products are quality made so we were very excited to try this. My husband has said its his new favorite beard trimmer. Bonus that it comes with a great razor as well. The edging feature I have used for my sons hairline and it works perfectly! I attached a picture so you could see how crisp his lines are from this trimmer and only at 3 years old! Our family loves this, the only thing I wish is the battery life was a little longer but other than that its perfect for our needs.

The guards provided and contoured very nicely and are comfortable on the face. It was a nice bonus to include a razor and a smaller trimmer which also worked quite well. The built in battery is extremely convenient and prevents the need to buy batteries. The built in settings are also great to adjust to just about any length desired. I do think the set would be better if it included a soft bag with a zipper or drawstring to store the shavers and accessories.
