It sits so well in my hand and with self-adjustable head it makes it so easy to handle it and move it in all directions. I am super impressed with the shave I get from the Braun Series 7. It cuts without having to repeatedly go over an area, and really does follow the contours of my face. This shaver leaves a finish that's almost as good as I get from a blade shave. The moustache trimmer works well and cuts accurately. The battery is still going strong after several shaves, although I don't need to stress as the battery level indicator will let me know when it's time to recharge. I wish I had bought this years ago (if it had been available!)

First impressionsâŠ. WOW!What a great looking and easy to use shaver. Straight out of the box and into removing 4 days growth is a breeze! Iâve used previous shavers and whilst putting in every effort to eliminate ârazor burnâ, this shaver has delivered a smooth, comfortable shave without any prior prep work. The additional trim attachment is easy to apply and gives a precise trim around the edges of my beard and sideburns to maintain a sharp appearance. Overall, fantastic shaver!

I love it. It only takes 5 minutes to charge it and lasts for about 2 weeks depending on usage. Not too heavy so you can easily roll over your face and contours and do as many pass overs necessary for a smooth shave, without getting tired. I didn't get any nicks or cuts or pulls or irritations or redness after using it for a few weeks. It's easy to clean, just follow the instructions in the manual.I would have liked a stand to be included so that it's not left lying by the side of the sink. Also I had to read the instructions in the manual a few times to understand them.
The Braun Series 7 (70-NN1200s) is a fantastic everyday shaver, as well as an every-other-day shaver as well. This is due to the easily swappable trimmer head of the unit being able to mow down my beard after letting it grow for ~2 weeks, then changing the head back to the shaving foils and finishing the job to an almost-razor-like shave.The 360degree swivel head appealed to me as I suffer from a disability that causes my wrists/hands/fingers to remain majoritively stiff and distorted. This is a genuinely premium feeling product. The high quality materials and finish, along with the "Made in Germany" logo combine to reassure you that you have made a long term purchase.With a short growth (a couple of days) beard, it does a great job either dry or wet (this is waterproof and can be used in the shower).I would recommend this to anyone who is likes to keep their face clean shaven and well trimmed.I would appreciate the option of a length adjustable beard trimmer, which is available as on option but does not come in the box.
The unit felt great in the hand and I was expecting a really smooth, painless, quick, efficient shave. Unfortunately I was let down as the unit I tested struggled greatly to negotiate the thick stubble I had grown on my face. At times hairs would get pulled on the motors which was painful. Ultimately I had to go over my face with the shaver for around an hour and still stray hairs were left. The 360 degree head wasnât as fluid as I had anticipated.

Unfortunately Braun did not provide any instructions to shave using an electric shaver aimed at beginners like me. I found some guides on YouTube to get me started. Braun did not provide any oil with the shaver!I think this is a quality product, but you will need to learn how to use it and take care of it.
