The Braun 9 Pro + just felt right in your hand and the small cutter was excellent around the beard and I tested the efficiency, the automatic cleaning kit was simple to use and worked a treat every efficient overall I give the whole package a 11 star out 5 rating. Just brilliant. If you where like me that does a fair bit of research before buying, I can say buy with confidence, if you want a proper job done it is worth every penny it's like the Porsche of Electric shavers it makes you feel and look good and is also reliable for everyday use. Extremely happy and pleased with shaver,cleaner and power case. I have ultra sensitive skin and prone to a rash or blotches after shaving and have tried everything. I bought this praying that it worked and that it didn’t irritate my skin and to my relief it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. Even using the cleaner and the liquid that is supplied I had my doubts but again extremely happy with no reaction. I also bought the shaver guard spray and alternate each night with cleaner and spray and works a treat. Not as close a shave as a razor but for me that is perfect. Really happy and can not recommend this product high enough. So if you are prone to reactions like I am and are looking for an alternative this is worth a shot.

I was disappointed to find that there was no power cord adapter for Australian use. The cable has an American two pin parallel plug.There was no Australian adapter which has two angled pins. The instruction booklet has n Australian support number to call. There is only one for the USA and Canada. I have made do with a chunky international adapter which has the facility for using plugs from many countries.. I bought it from Big W.This adapter is very large and is so big that I can't use the adjacent outlet for other electrical items such as my Oral B toothbrush at the same time. Overall I am satisfied with my shaver. If you could send me a Braun plug adapter I would be happy. This is a big razor. I upgraded from a lower Braun model and this one is a better razor, but it is bigger in the hand. This model still uses the same clean and renew cartridges which is good, and the cleaner appliance is slightly smaller so that is also good. This model includes a travel case with battery. It is big and heavy, but is still very useful. I charged my razor for a full week from the case and it still had battery life left so I think I can trust it for a 2 week trip with no worries. This is close to the top of the price range for electric razors but it is worth it.
I LOVE this. The travel case is great and it’s completely waterproof(Not the case!). I use the cleaning base every five shaves. I’ve used it in the shower many times with both shaving cream and shaving butter. I think it works better with non-lathering shaving cream. Very well constructed. I feel like when I use it to shave my head, it lasts 1/2 day before I feel the stubble. A razor lasts a whole day before I can feel stubble in my head.
Horrible shave. Doesmt even make it through a whole face shave of 2 day stubble, let alone a 7 day beard they promise. Dont waste your money, not to mention how overpriced the shaver and refills are, and they dont even last 3 to 4 shaves maybe. Absolute garbage. So upset I bought two of these. This is a scam product to get you hooked on expensive refills of cleaner and heads. Someone file a class action lawsuit here, I am onboard for that.
