Breathe Right Nasal Strips, for Sensitive Skin, SM/Med, Clear - 30 strips

I keep these in my medicine cabinet for me and my 8 year old. We both have seasonal allergies and these are a big help at night when you are congested. They instantly help open up your nose and are pretty comfortable. More comfortable than being congested if you ask me. They stay on all night and I don't wake up with a dry throat from mouth breathing. My daughter asks for them when she is stuffy. Cheap, easy way to get some relief.

I will give the Breath Right Original Large Nasal Strips three stars because they are effective at clearing up my nasal passages and helping me sleep when I have congestion. They also stuck very well, even with my combo skin which tends to be more oily in my t-zone (nose specifically). That being said, the adhesive left a huge irritated mark on my nose for several days after using this. My skin is a bit sensitive but this was more of a burn/wound like mark. I'd rather be congested than hurt in the long run and never used these again. Perhaps it was just a fluke but I wouldn't risk it personally myself a second time.

Fantastic product that really helps to limit snoring. Available in various sizes for different size faces. Husband and son use the large but the SM/Med is fine for me. Also found them helpful recently when unwell and blocked up from COVID. Helped to open the nasal passage to assist with breathing while working. Is this what breathing should feel like?

Got these after years of waking up with a dry throat and stuffy nose. I have allergies so thought that was part of it but after trying hypoallergenic options I tried these strips. The first night was amazing! An instant difference in breathing, the air felt so crisp. I sleep with these every night now. The only critique is that they their effectiveness depends very much on the positioning of the strip, which can some time to sus out, so some nights are better than others.

Never knew I needed them

I bought these bc of a recommendation from my physical therapist. I mentioned that when I lie on my right side my left nostril closes. My nose is pug like and my nostrils are long and thin. Anyway, when I first applied the strip.... I was sitting upright... both nostrils opened. I never realized how much my nostril shape was affecting my ability to breathe. I am truly AMAZED !!!! I may talk to my doctor, perhaps I need some sort of procedure to open my passages better. But in the mean time... I will be stripping every night, lol ; )I wish I could during the day. Maybe I just need to put my vanity aside : )

Work perfectly

I sometimes find my nasal passages get blocked at night, especially when lying on my side. I've been using Sinex nasal spray previously, which works, but I'm not enthusiastic about ingesting chemicals and drugs where simpler mechanical alternative like this exist. The strips work great and simply act as an exoskeleton 'spring' to pull your nostrils slightly wider and stop them collapsing when you lie down. As long as you properly degrease your face before bed using a cleanser or similar, they adhere perfectly, and stay put all night. I had no blocked nose using these. Perfect!
