I have the worst nose ever when it comes to breathing. I use rx nose spray, regular nose spray, allergy medication and sleep with a hepa filter yet still feel stuffy. I also sleep with three chihuahuas. I do like the less obvious appearance of the clear ones, but maybe I need the larger size, I don’t think my nose is big at all but these only provide nominal relief. It I better than without and they are far superior to the off brand which just don’t stick. I prep my nose by wiping the area with alcohol to remove any oils and moisturizer and then slap he strip on. The strip will stay on for 24 hour if applied correctly and now that we all wear masks, there’s no shame in wearing them in public. My husband snores like a trucker!! But whenever I put on these strips it's silent night. He breathes easier says it's comfy. It fits comfy on his face. But some nights they fall off fairly easy!

I have had a deviated septum for 8 years. I did not want surgery, but I couldn't breathe when trying to sleep. I tried the nasal strips and use them nightly, and when it is humid at work. I put it on, and we all laugh. I never am without them. They have been a lifesaver for me.

I'm impressed with these nasal strips because I often have allergies and a clogged nose. These are comfortable to wear and make it noticeably easier to breathe when opening up my airways. Good quality, perfect size for a medium-sized nose. I use these at night, and they are quite effective at unclogging my nostrils. I feel more refreshed in the morning after using these . However, they are quite expensive. Nonetheless, considering the overall value for money, they are worth it. No noticeable scent, the packaging is perfect.
Been using this particular strip at least a year. Helps me sleep when I have a stuffy nose which isn’t all the time. Don’t know if it’s allergies or weather related but these work.
For many years I have had trouble sleeping because I can only breathe out of one side of my nose. I sleep on my side so that made sleeping difficult. With these nasal strips, it opens my nasal passages up so no matter which side I sleep on I can breathe freely. They are also great during exercise or any activity that can tax your breathing. The tan ones are the most comfortable and flexible. I have also used the extra strength ones which make surviving a cold so much easier.
