This is my 5th juicer over 36 years. After watching the video, I was convinced that this juicer represented ease of use, durability, and super easy clean up. As much as I love the wide chute, little pieces of produce fly out and onto my kitchen (and me) before I can put the food pusher in place. I'm not sure how to rectify that. Clean up is not as easy as shown on the video. My last juicer was a chore to clean and this one is proving to rival it, but the strainer is a lot easier than the last juicer.Overall, I like the juicer and I'm not getting another one to replace it, but I do wish that it didn't 'spit' back! Any suggestions are very welcome.

It Was purchased on Saturday 23rd January 2023. We tried to get it going which took a bit of time. Finally got it started. Then it shut off each time and needed to be re-assembled each time.. We took it apart an put it back together and it started again but soon shut down. We took it back to Briscoes on Monday to be told that it was fine. I started it up again on Monday afternoon and it kept shutting down. After 3/4 of an hour I finally got a glass of juice out of it, after it kept stopping. I could only get it started again by taking it apart each time and then re-assembling it. This is my second Breville juicer. The first one lasted almost 15 years and it was brilliant. This one is my replacement. Although the Breville Juice Fountain is good it isn’t quite as good as my old one, for one it is a higher power output, but the cylinder is smaller and so the waste pulp is wetter than I’d like - seems I’m wasting juice as it passes through to the waste bucket. The old juicer pulp was a lot dryer, so it seems more juice was extracted. The Breville Juice Fountain is still a great juicer and easy to clean.

The breville juice fountain cold plus is a fantastic machine. I’ve owned juicers in the past and they have made a huge improvement. It is a lot quieter than older models, easier to clean and it takes whole fruit reducing the prep time to make a juice. I tried watermelon, oranges, apples, pineapples and ginger. The kids loved having a go at making the juice too! Their juices were drunk within minutes of making and left them wanting more. The silicon nozzle is great so you can use your own cup or the jug that comes with it. We experimented with making juices and keeping them and found the jug kept the orange juice fresh for 3 days, maybe longer but it was all gone by then. I’m very happy with this product and it has become a welcome addition to our kitchen!
I had a juicer a couple of decades ago, but ended up giving it away. I recently purchased the Breville Juice Fountain Cold Plus. The first thing I noticed is that not a lot has changed, similar shute, cutting blades, pulp container etc. However on first use, the extraction of juice now is so much better. The pulp is very dry. Whereas in the past, the pulp was quite damp after extraction.I have used my new juicer regularly over the past month and although clean-up is still a pain, the volume of juice extracted and being able to mix my own fruit and veg combinations to become a juicologist is made it all worthwhile
I absolutely love this juicer. I recently renovated my kitchen and decided to invest in a new juicer that I could leave on the counter. This one is perfect - it?s so much quicker and more powerful than my previous Omega. You can load everything in at one and juice it all in seconds. Also easy to clean and doesn?t take up too much space. I highly recommend!
I bought it a week ago and this is the first time we used it. It's fine except that I thought it will extract a juice and comes out even a bit "cold" not like kind of warm extracted juice from other juicers I used.Though I am not sure why it's producing so much foam, I thought should give it another shot, but it still came out the same. I don't see much settings or options to adjust anyways. But fairly enough, it is smooth and apple juice came out sweet.We had to put plastic in the basket as it somehow was spilling out though it shouldn't be.I have so much Breville kitchen stuffs and I always give it a try many times to get the result I like.Thank you.

It also sits higher. I decided I didn’t like any of these new features, so it was exactly 11 days from the time I received this juicer until I received juicer Breville model BJE200XL. This is the last juicer I had and threw out because I bought this cold plus juice fountain instead. Unfortunately I wasted a lot of money because I threw out the BJE200XL, then I rebought it, then I threw out this cold plus juicer as well. I kept the blade assembly in case mine ever needs to be replaced. I did not return because I felt bad returning something that I had used. Please heed my words: do not buy this juicer, you will hate it! I am so sorry I ever cheated on my Breville BJE200XL model, but now I have it back and I am never letting it go!
When first received I was quite surprised by the size as it was larger than my old one. There are many removeable pieces to the juicer but it is very simple to put together & the removable pieces makes it so much simpler to clean along with the brush that comes with the juicer to assist in cleaning. I was extremely impressed once putting the juicer to the test. Compared to my old juicer I have started using this near daily. The size of the fruit I can add into the opening was a big plus for me & has halved my prep time. I am able to fit in 3 full size apples without the need to chop them up, I can also fit and a full size medium pineapple cut into two. Like all Breville appliances, there has been good design built into this juicer. The motor seems powerful enough to cope with any fruit or vegetable you might want to juice, it's not at all noisy, and appears to be solidly built. There are quite a few components, but they fit together easily and are made from a plastic that washes cleanly and quickly. It's probably too big for one person, depending on how much juice you want to make. Pleased with my purchase.
