Breville BNV420BLK Vertuo Plus Nespresso Coffee Machine

Amazing machine totally love it

Great valued for money and produce high quality coffee almost identify with the one from coffee shops. I drink coffee every morning and it's very convenient to have one of this machine at home. It produces a cup of good quality coffee in less than a minute, free me from chance outfits and walk a block away to get a coffee. It's also very easy to clean ( basically you just need to wash your coffee cup) and now you can recycle used capsule which is another plus. Highly recommended for all the coffee lovers or those who need a cup of coffee to start your day

Attractive model, Weaker coffee

The model looks sophisticated and modern. With four different cup holder heights, it is much more convenient to brew the coffee. The lever for the capsule slot is also automatic, adding another innovative, sophisticated feature.The vertuo coffee collection, however, seems more bland and less strong, so it's better to stick to the stronger capsules.

Best Vertuo Machine. Hottest Coffee!

I'm actually very surprised by the majority of reviews here for this machine. I've had mine for at least 2 years and it still works perfectly. I chose this model due research between this and other Vertuo models and this one seems to brew the hottest coffee and produces the best foam.. like microfoam. I've actually continued to monitor comparisons to upgrade as new models have been released but none so far are as good as this one. Great buy! The only thing I would change would be to add an automatic milk froth wand on a Vertuo such as is included on the Creatista. If I were to buy a Vertuo for a friend, would be this model. If were to recommend an Original line machine, would be the Creatista.

Breville VertuoPlus Deluxe capsule Coffee machine

This machine makes awesome coffee. It came with a bunch of different pods of different sizes that I could try, so that when I ran out I could tell Nespresso exactly what pods I wanted. It does need a clean out every once in a while but it takes 5 minutes, with no cleaning agent, and it’s back to new. You can do custom settings for the amount of coffee that comes out. I highly recommend this machine.

Dead too many times.

Repaired twice and dead again. Now it’s the red light. These machines are terrible quality. I know, Reach out to Nespresso, I have and they say the same thing, it’s not under warranty so purchase a new one. The pods are costly enough but replacing a machine every couple years makes this a joke.

Great Brew

I bought this product just recently and wow what a difference it makes, makes coffee just great. You can program different cup sizes to suit your needs and it is also much quieter than the other models. The looks are sleek in the black version and the ability to swivel the water canister makes it easier to place in nooks and crannies around the kitchen/office.The only down side is that the coffee doesn't come out quiet as hot as I would like but you can get around this motor problem by using a pre used capsule first, emptying the contents out and then using a new capsule,Overall a good product.

Great coffee but same results like the other posts

The VertuoPlus was a mother's day gift from my kids. It would leak occasionally. After 4 months of regular use, I had de-scaled the machine which helped with the leaking. I had just de-scaled it again last week and during the process, the machine kept shutting off; it took 4 hours to de-scale the VertuoPlus! Now the machine will only brew 1.5 oz with the 7 oz pod and the brew button blinks red and the lid will not open once the blinking stops. I've only had the machine for 11 months.

Red Light Locked up and no longer works, 3.5yrs later

We have had this coffee machine for three plus years and it made great coffee until we got the red light of death. The machine will not start up and then gets locked up in red light and you can't do anything. We called Nespresso and the cost to just look at it was more than half the price of a new one and they won't do anything about it not even an offer to replacement. This is a known issue like the Xbox Red light issue and they won't accept the fact the machine is defective. Great coffee but poor long term quality and customer service offered a little discount on a new one but the point is this clearly is a defective product so I would have expected a replacement or a larger discount on a new one even if it is out of warranty. Simple no-fuss easy to use machine.

This is a straightforward and easy machine to use. It takes all sizes of the vertuo pods. The water tank is large and the base is adjustable for different size cups and mugs. I love that it’s ready to go in just a few seconds. Overall it’s a no-fuss machine. The only thing it doesn’t have is an attached milk frother.
