Overall this is probably the best (and most expensive) originaline machine, and we like it. However I am only giving it two stars because it doesn’t matter how great a machine is if it breaks and is out of service 5-10% of the time. We have had the machine for less than two years and it has broken twice. The first time (after about 1.5 years months of use) it leaked water all over the countertop from the bottom. Nespresso had us ship the machine back and ultimately they could not repair it, so they sent us a new one. That process took about three weeks. The second time the machine just would not turn on. This happened about six months after receiving the replacement machine. Again Nespresso asked us to send it back for repair. So again we are looking at 2-3 weeks ... I am so disappointed at the nespresso machines. You would think for the price you would get quality machines. I got this machine as a replacement in May due to the original machine I purchased (Lattissma) was also malfunctioning so they replaced it with this one. Everything on it works fine except when it comes time to deacale the machine it doesnt do it. It doesn’t recognize that you completed the descale so u keep having to repeat the process. If the process is not complete you can’t use the coffee machine anymore. The first time i had to call and they helped to get it to work now the second time it is not working again so now I have to send my machine in to see if they can fix it or have to replace it. Great product. Compact design, doesn't take up a lot of bench space. Simple to use, easy to clean and maintain. Stainless steel design, looks good in our kitchen and is easy to clean. Display screen is easy to read, simple straight forward instructions, intuitive layout, and ability to adjust settings to get your perfect cup of coffee every time. Uses standard Nespresso pods and milk frothing is simple, no complex plumbing to clean, just a stainless steel jug and automatic temperature control steam which shuts off automatically when selected temperature is reached. Couldn't be simpler. It automatically tells you when certain cleaning functions are required, then steps you through the process, couldn't be easier. Just a delight to use.

We drink a lot of coffee and because of that, we spend extra on coffee that’s certified mycotoxin and mold free, organic, etc. We also alternate between filtered and unfiltered coffee to get benefits (and reduce negatives) of both. Needless to say, I research everything around our coffee-drinking. I’ve wanted a pod coffee maker for awhile because I travel a lot and it’s so quick on mornings I leave early and then my husband also doesn’t have to make a full pot of coffee when it’s just him. But I hated so much about them: all the plastic, all the waste with the pods. But then I found this! They read my mind. It is spendy, for sure, but addressing the plastic and waste issues satisfactorily makes this the best pod coffee maker out there. Plus it’s dang adorable.
I have owned various different Nespresso machines since early 2000s and this is by far my favorite machine. Looks great on my counter.....Big Plus in my book. Simple to use as always but I far prefer the the steam wand technology over prior Nespresso Milk Frothers (different variations of Aeroccino3). I have no issues with the cleaning maintenance required. It is a minor annoyance only, if even that. Taking care of a quality item is " just part of the gig." My last Nespresso machine lasted over 10 years. Minor wear and tear issues that required daily clean ups made me get new one. Amaziingly, it is still functional and it is my back up now.

We hate the machine because it is not built well. We bought our first machine in November 2022 and had it for 3 weeks before it broke. The machine, for whatever reason will turn itself off right in the middle of a milk frothing cycle. When I researched this issue for trouble shooting I found out that this is something that a lot of people had to deal with. We returned the machine and got another one, which lasted all of 3 days before the same issue started on that machine. We have now had to return that one and are now ... Once the two are ready, then you pour coffee and milk in whatever preferred order and you make your beverage! If this is not what you’re looking for and prefer a machine that does it all for you by default, then I’d go with the Gran Lattissima. However, please note that with this one you wouldn’t have the freedom of personalizing your drinks in terms on foam/milk/coffee levels and temperature.
Okay, I’ve had multiple Nespresso machines, and I love the ease of use and quality of materials with this machine. BUT! The espresso quality is very lack luster. You’re paying for the quality metal exterior of the machine, and the tech that went into the built in “steam wand”. The espresso is the most important part of making any sort of mixed hot beverage. Sure it does great with the milk, but in a controlled experiment with my Essenza Mini the difference is massive. The Essneza brings out a bolder flavor, thicker crema and overall mouth feel is better. DO NOT WASTE your money on this machine. Just get an essenza mini and their Aeroccino 4 frother.
I have had my OL Mini Nespresso machine for 4 years. Moved that to my work and got the Vertuo. We love that machine too! We love the quality of Nespresso so we had to get the best which is this one! The Creatista Pro is worth it for your place. It looks very sharp, easy to use and has a beautiful color touch screen. The quality of the beverages is great and the fact that the steam wand cleans itself each time you use it, makes this the ideal choice if you don't want to spend forever taking apart pieces and cleaning them like with some other machines. Just got this machine this week and I couldn't be happier!! The Nespresso capsule storage container that is sold that is glass and has the stainless steal lid matches and compliments this machine perfectly.
The Creatista Pro has brought back the enjoyment for me on delighting in a coffee at home. I have always enjoyed going to the local cafe and for me it wasn’t just about the coffee but rather the social experience. So with buying a machine for home, there was a bit of hesitation. In all honesty, I can say that I have no regrets. Breville have created a beautiful and easy to use machine that creates a very satisfying coffee. I actually look forward to making mine each day. I have been a loyal Breville user for numerous years and then I tried and tested other brands. After purchasing this coffee machine and receiving the complimentary matching toaster, Breville - you have won me back! The Creatista Pro is worth every cent and comes highly recommended.
