A friend brought one with them on our vacation. I fell in love with it instantly, I bought it online and drove 45 mins away to get it the very same day, while still on this vacation!. Sadly I paid full price, but I wanted it to use on the rest of our travels during this vacation. Purchased this because it was highly rated by Consumer and so far it's been going well. We only purchased for the office just before Christmas break so it hasn't had too much work to do, but no complaints so far. I especially like the milk frother, it's completely silent and you just push one button to have chilled or warm frothy milk? So cool! Wish it wasn't Nespresso branded because they're so terrible for the planet, but you can't seem to buy capsule machines that don't say Nespresso. We're using it with re-fillable pods and it's going well. Would recommend this one, very compact and does the job.

Meets the purpose of providing a nice cup of ground coffee in a pod without all the fuss of grinding coffee etc. I use the Lungo as I like a full cup of coffee and add warmed milk so it stays nice and hot. Can be programmed to add more hot water or use 2 pods for an extra large mug just remove drainage tray to place cup. Water container holds enough water for 2 decent cups of coffee and easy to re fill. Capsule container holds around 6 capsules before emptying, just rinse and it’s all ready to go again. Small and compact but does everything a larger coffee pod machine does and takes up very little space on counter.

It was instant love and this is the exact machine she had had for quite a while. When I got home I bought my own and have been loving it ever since. I mean, to the point of I crave the Nespresso throughout the day. The machine is great. The only issue I had was that the instructions weren't great. I mean, they were there... I guess I'm just used to a more "spelled-out" instruction and I didn't get that warm-fuzzy feeling from the book provided. Once I got going though it was over. You need this. Oh, I accidentally tried to run it without any water in the reservoir and let me tell you right now, that's a waste of a pod. Keep an eye on the water line and just keep it full.
OK, so I have been delayed in writing because I had not opened the box. Now open. So I made a few small cups of coffee and...it was just lukewarm. I figured I might have to heat my drinking cup before I use it...then I thought if I make a large cup of coffee maybe it my stay hot. So I just tried that and the coffee maker leaked. I do remember reading other reviews about leaks, but I was soooo happy to finally buy an Nepresso machine, I was sure that wouldn't happen to me. In the meantime, I just make two small cups...no leaks. I'll wait to make another large cup. If it leaks...it will unfortuantely go back to the store...and good bye to my 'dream' of owning a Nespresso coffee maker...if in the future, I make a large cup and it doesn't leak, I'll change my rating...
All I need is one shot of espresso. I did not need a big machine to do this simple task. This Nespresso Essenza Mini gets the task done efficiently. The shot is HOT and perfect. Machine heats up quickly. It's VERY quiet compared to the previous Nespresso machine and Verismo machines I endured. I am 100% satisfied and the price was fair and just for the quality. Target got this ready for pickup and glad they did. Not sure if I could have found it on the floor.

It's not super noisy, and it couldn't be easier to use and clean. It's compact, so doesn't take up much bench space. I can't fit my coffee cup under the spout, which I'd seen previously in other reviews, but it's just a matter of removing the drain catcher below and then it fits fine. Only holds a few empty capsules, but that just means I keep up with emptying and cleaning it out regularly. Simple and easy. The milk frother that comes in the bundle is an absolute dream to use. My partner has a big expensive fancy coffee machine, and he's switched to using my little Essenza and ... I bought one of these and the water jug didnt connect properly to the machine. Water leaked on my bench when I used it. I had it replaced with another one (thanks Good Guys) which is slightly better (not leaking unless I move the machine across the bench). However you will notice the water jug doesnt connect tightly on this model, it rocks from side to side hence the leakage. The water also needs refilling frequently (every 3 coffees) and the pod catchment area is small, so it needs emptying often as well. At just under $190, its overpriced for what you get. Id recommend paying more to get a better model like the Citiz model. Its much higher quality
This is actually my second one . Not because the other broke. I wanted one in the kitchen and one in my offfice . Ya that’s how great I think these are that I’d be willing to spend the cash to get another. I don’t have the time or patience to know how to many espresso shots with ground coffee. I’m a self aware American and I want my coffee quick , and good without having to think. Super simple system , pods are expensive but for me it’s worth it. Beats getting Starbucks or going out for it . Try the frother with heavy whipping cream , game changer . Dumped my Kcup crap after trying this
