I had it for about a month now, Works really well.-lv 3 tends to work really well for my white bread but it goes a lot higher if you need it.-The frozen butten adds the perfect amout of extra time so i don't need to gess what to change the dial to.-I used the lift n look feature alot befor i found my perfect setting, so i could check it but not cancel the cook time.-The slots for the bread are really wide so it can fit really thick bread in it perfect for muffins and such.-Great producet, looks good, cooks good, and its simple to use. Only had this jug a couple of weeks and so far it is good. Noise is good (albeit that is relative to our last jug that was like a jet plane taking off in the kitchen!!), it does have more plastic than metal but this does make it a lighter jug.So far opening the lid is ok, does not stick etc.Boils in a good amount of time.If their was a con is it would be good to turn of some of the beeps. It beeps for a number of actions and I think the beeps are a bit OTT.(tbf everything beeps these days, the other day I had the jug, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge all start beeping at me at the same time.).

I bought this toaster to replace one that was useless only to find that this one is just as useless. So disappointed. It takes an AGE to toast and by the time it does (barely) the toast is as hard as a rock. My $7 caravan 2 slice does a much better job. Come on Breville, we sold your product for years in our business without complaint. What has changed?

Great for doing toasting for two at the same time rather than doing one lot and then having to do another. Disappointed that there were other colours on display but no stock available. Items should be taken off the shelf if no stock available. Its still new but I did notice that when toasting not all elements are toasting evenly.
Purchased toaster while on sale. Looks good but that's it. Takes 5 minutes to toast on highest setting, bread was still half white. Extremely dry toast. Very disappointing buy. Toast snapped in half while buttering. Don't bother with this one. No reviews to read before purchasing.
Looks great this toaster. But the issue is it just doesn’t toast. The heating panels are spaced apart and it takes forever. We are trying to toast sourdough, with no sugar in it and no preservatives in it. So it takes some cooking. But in this toaster we need more than 2 x max Cook cycle. It’s the worst we’ve had. Pity because other Breville products are great.
For the price I expected better quality. On the highest setting you get very brown, dry crispy toast. On the next one down it comes out half dark brown and light. Lowest setting is warm bread. No reviews to read prior to purchasing toaster.
Unlike my previous Briville toaster that lasted 8 years, this toaster is much inferior in quality and features. Disappointed as it is priced higher than many others. It doesnt automatically lift the toast after toasting and seems to already take longer to process the toasting than even a few weeks ago. Disappointing undead.
It doesnt toast evenly on two sides. Only toasts about 2/3rd of a side and almost nothing on the other, so you turn the toast and put it down again only to end up with it burnt on one side. Very unreliable! This is our second one as we returned the first one which was even worse. I could not recommend this toaster at all.
We purchased this toaster for $130.00 and I can tell you it is not worth $20. This toaster may look good, however, the toasting mechanism does not work. We have had to put the darker dial on 6 and not only does it not toast the hole slice of bread the toast itself is very brittle (we have used all the numbers and still the bread is not toasted the way it should be).
