Solid made of wood a thick plastic, with bright colours. Train and carriages link together easierly with magnetic connectors. Great fun for kids 3+

Lovely set for little train fanatics! Much bigger than I thought so opening the box my boy was so happy with his new products. Contains lots of wooden tracks so no need to buy extra. Train has lights and sounds but doesnt move on it's on.Worth the price as was on sale cheaper than other sites
My son has really enjoyed playing with this. It's good quality. Like most Brio things, I do think it's a bit expensive for what it is but this was the best price I found it for. Thanks.
Lovely addition to any brio/ wooden train set for the young train lovers in the family. Encourages imagination and co ordination. Durable.
Bought 2 sets of this for my 4 year old son who loves trains. He's a massive fan of Brio and loves the fact the subway doors open. It's sturdy and attractive as a toy and my son hasn't put it down since he got it. My only criticism is that one set really isn't enough unless you have a child happy to keep driving in a small circle and stopping at the same station. This makes it an expensive choice. I'd love for options to be available just to buy a few extra stations instead of spending a fortune on full sets.
The set itself was fine, but the batteries included were dead, leading to a lot of tears Christmas morning, as well as an $18 battery purchase at a corner store, which basically negated the discount I had gotten on the train.I’ll be looking to be reimbursed.
