I thought my tap water was great, but the Brita elevated the smoothness and silkiness.

Good size, much better then the original however note this one doesn't fit in the side door. Has the same filters as the original so cross compatible which is good. Can be a bit heavy when full but worth the extra cold water for me. Only wish it was a bit cheaper and the filters could be cheaper too!
Great value as a basic fridge-based (cold) water serving system. The footprint of the unit isn't too big for average sized fridges, although if you have a small budget fridge, then you should check the dimensions will fit & not take up too much room in your cooler. Works well, as advertised & certainly a good secondary or primary (on a budget) water filter.
It doesn't taste much better than tap water but seems fine
We've had this about a month now. Lovely to have fresh clean-tasting water in Christchurch again. We found we were drinking less water after our supply was chlorinated, but this jug has us guzzling the good stuff again. Sits easily in our fridge door compartment and is very easy to refill and pour from. Highly recommend this.
While drinking tap water is fine, we feel better when we drink water filtered through this Brita system.
