Just great to be able to have filtered water at an affordable price. Puts the mind at ease. Shame it doesn't come with 2 in a pack at a special price!

Super easy to install/replace. Water no longer tastes like crap. This is our second filter now, and I'm glad we got it, we can drink water with peace of mind.

High failure rate. The box says the filter is good for 600 litres. It works well for the first 80 litres then the water pressure drops to a trickle. After about 100 litres the pressure drops so low that the display no longer tracks the usage and does not display anything while the water is running. This makes the filter impractical as it takes several minutes to filter a single litre of water. I contacted Brita customer service and their response was that I should return the filters to the store for refund or replacement. I have had to take multiple replacements back for warranty replacement.

I have had a previous generation on-tap Brita filter before recently upgrading to this one. The only downside is the smaller lifetime, just 600 L of water instead of 1200. Everything else is fantastic: - filtering water much faster without compromising resulting water compared to previous gen; - LCD display showing the filter capacity left; - Spray and stream modes of operation for unfiltered water; - Much better mode switching lever. All this makes a truly exceptional product that I would definitely recommend checking.
This is the second filter I have purchased, couldn't believe how long they last and difference in water quality. Yes the unit is more expensive than a jug. Yes the replacement filter is more expensive than the jug. I drink at least 3-4 (+) litres a day and the end cost benefit means these filters lasting as long as they do are far cheaper.
Purchased this as out little boy drinking a lot of water. We did a taste test before and after installing the filter and there was a huge difference in taste. On top of that the sore tummy our boy was getting that we couldn't find the cause of went away. We are now onto our second filter. Also, it says 600L of filtration, although I think that depends on how many impurities are being filtered. I think we should have changed ours earlier than the 600L counter. The taste was very different when we put our new filter on and noticeably different toward the 600Ls at the end. The only down side is now we can't drink normal tap water as the taste is so bad and makes us feel gross in our stomach.
Don't know if it's a coincidence, but I've found that I am not getting sick as often as I used to before using this filter on my tap and when I have drunk out of taps without a filter on it I have gotten sick a few hours later or the next day. So can't recommend these water filters enough.
We’ve been using this kind of filter for almost 3 years now and it’s really good, and easy to use by the way. And I’m surprise that bunnings Toowoomba got it in stock that time when I’m buying.
We've had our Advanced Water System about a year now. Getting it to fit onto the tap was the only big issue we had - none of the adaptors fit the original tap we were hoping to have it on. But it worked on the second tap we tried and we've had no dramas since. Well, maybe when we replaced the filter and the water was white, but it turned out that the instructions specify you have to run the water for 2 minutes after replacing the filter for that exact reason....whoops. Anyway, we find that one filter lasts my family of three about 9 months and we haven't needed to replace the battery yet. The cartridge filter is tucked behind instead of below or next to the tap so it looks more sleek than other Brita on-tap filters. I'm thrilled that we can get the replacement ... MoreWe've had our Advanced Water System about a year now. I'm thrilled that we can get the replacement filters at Bunnings and other common stores - originally I could only find them online. I hope these nifty little filters continue to be popular over the coming years so they remain a stocked product.
We've been using filtered water from Brita for many years and am very happy with the product. It can be a bit tricky finding the cartridges at times and they updated the design so we had to start from scratch, however very pleased to find it on special at DJ's. Service and delivery were great. Highly recommend the filter.
