We bought the chrome faucet filter. Used for almost a year and it started leaking on the outside of the nut that tightens the unit to the faucet. Unusable. Purchased another unit the same and used it a short time ( out of warranty). Flimsy switch lever broke off. Unusable. Purchased PUR faucet unit. Exponentially better quality and durability.Purchased a Brita filter pitcher. Used it for a little over a year. Handle cracked at the point of attachment to the pitcher. Purchased second new Brita replacement filter pitcher with filter aging lights in the lid. Never worked. Rubber lid button fell out. Called Brita. Out of warranty. Sent me $10. Brita coupon. Still have same defective pitcher. When it fails , which brand replacement do you think I'll buy? Not yours.

The faucet and it blew the filter off and shot water everywhere. Have been working with this for almost 2 hours! Tried a replacement filter thinking first o e was faulty. It did the exact same thing. So very disappointed as I cannot have filtered water now

Excellent water filter. It turned my cloudy, foul-smelling water to clear, great tasting water. I feel better washing my vegetables and dishes in clean, well filtered water. I have used Brita Pitchers successfully for years, but this is the first time I have tried a faucet filter. I retired to a state that does not filter or fluoridate its water, and bottled water is an expensive alternative on a fixed-income. Got my new Brita Faucet Filter from Walmart, and it came with an extra filter for less than the price of the used one Amazon sent me when I ordered new. Great value for price.

This filter has literally helped the quality of my life when I'm inside of my home so much I am so grateful for this brand. I have hard water and limestone build up and other different types of materials in my water and it really makes a difference in the quality of being able to use my water out of the faucet when I need to. I don't have to worry about fragments in my water when I use that or when I make something to eat when I need to make something to drink that calls for water. it by far saves me so much money not having to buy pre-bottled water at the store. I am obsessed with my Britta. I always used my pitcher but it became very dreading when I had to fill it up and wait for my water to get cold. The process was very blah. So when the the pandemic hit I had just had a newborn and water was another thing that was flying off the shelves so I invested in this as well as another pitcher so that I wouldn't have to worry about not finding water for myself and children. This is a game changer. I love it 👌 ten out of ten recommend. And I love that theirs a light that tells you when you need to replace the filter..
My new home has very hard water and I didn’t want to have to use a brita pitcher that you always have to refill. I had a lot of issues setting it up at first because I had a large faucet opening and none of the adapters would fit on the faucet, I finally found one after going to multiple hardware stores. One it was all set up the water tasted like nothing, I was so happy. The water also comes out pretty quick which is great. Highly highly recommend!
I’ve owned this model for 5 years and wouldn’t go back. The only issue I have encountered is the handle to flip from tap water to filter water. The first one I had got so hard to turn, I contacted support and they sent me a new one. I’ve been using the new one they sent me since, and have not had any issues. Highly recommend if you want quick access to filtered water.
Save your money. I attached the mount and filter as directed. Messed with it for 45 minutes trying to get the indicator light to come on. No light ever light up. Now I’m seeing a bunch of reviews with the same problem. Also, the tap water wasn’t coming out in a smooth stream. I would have to run my finger over the screen to get the water to come out of all the holes. And that seemed to do the trick. But for $37 no thanks. Don’t waste your money. It’s junk. Since the indicator light never came on, i don’t trust drinking the filtered water.
We bought this filter in hopes of freeing up some refrigerator space from our old Brita pitcher that we used for many years. We were also concerned about having a filter that eliminates lead, as we have an older home, so we were happy to see that this faucet model filtered lead. The filter worked great for the first two months, then began to slowly trickle water from both sides, even if the switch was changed all the way to filtered to tap. This got worse over time, so we replaced the filter thinking that was the issue. In less than a day, we noticed the water coming out both holes yet again. This is especially problematic because the hot water we use from the faucet for dishes can ruin the filter as well as cause a great spot for mold to grow. after buying dozens and dozen of gallons of water . i finally was able to buy this product, always wanted one... but thing is you need to mke sure you have the correct faucet... it will not fit some ....i had a spray type thing on the end of my faucet, and at first it wasnt connecting correctly.. i got very upset when i myself coudnt make it fit , i thought it was a simple twist and connect type of deal. i gave up after trying to figure it out ( 2mins tops) (i was so impatient) finally my bro in law got it to fit ... yeah me. no more buying water. oh it tastes good too...
