I have been eating this muesli for about 5 years but when I purchased a pack of toasted madadamia/cranberry muesli in January 2023 I noticed a funny smell when I opened the pack. A bit off - like bad grain or dampness or something, in any case not the usual nutty toasty yummy smell. When I was started eating it the taste was not good either. the taste mirrored the smell - slightly off. To cut a long story short I ended up returning the pack and getting a refund because by a few tastings I decided it was making me sick. As I had bought 2 packs and the bad quality was confirmed by me trying the second pack and finding the same thing - a bad damp grainy type of smell and a serious drop in quality compared to previous batches. We saw these products on the ABC’s "‘Landline” some years ago. Tried them and have bought them for breakfast every day since.We alternate between this and the apple & apricot muesli.They are so much superior to other products on supermarket shelves that there’s really no comparison.And when the local health food shop closed down, we now buy the product direct. It arrives within a few days of ordering, so very convenient.

I bought 6x1.5 kg bags of the Brookfarm Apple Apricot and Macadamia muesli as I had wanted to try Brookfarm. I was disappointed to find that the first bag I have opened so far was about 30% muesli “dust”, I then emailed a hoot of the muesli to Brookfarm to draw it to their attention and received no response. This was also disappointing.
I like the muesli just fine. But I have discovered several retail outlets where the price for each bag of the muesli is the same for your online price for a purchase of 4 bags. Not to mention the postage cost. Given this there seems to be little incentive to purchase the product o line.
I have had this product for years always taking advantage of the x6 pack carton saving. The pack size reducing to 1.3kg from 1.5kg at the same price for the 1.5kg makes it less tempting to purchase again!! I hate it when manufacturers reduce pack weight to disguise a price increase!! in this case a 14% difference. Five star for product, One star for sneaky change of product size.

I usually buy the untoasted varieties but I thought I’d try the toasted muesli. I wasn’t disappointed. I thought I’d create my own mix so added half toasted and half untoasted and I loved the result!
This is the BEST muesli. Ever since I tried it in Noosa years and years ago, I keep ordering it. I have tried others but nothing compares. I love how it is toasted and the addition of the cranberries and macadamias make it even more delicious. I also love how quickly it is delivered, very happy with Brookfarm for this product, thank you.
I’ve been enjoying your toasted muesli for over 12 years.While there has been times that I couldn’t purchase this from my normal vendors, and have tried supermarket brands, I always come back to my delicious muesli. I was so happy to be able to buy direct from you on line, even better it works out to be a little cheaper, which is a bonus.I had the pleasure of meeting two lovely ladies at your head office and was delighted when they offered me some samples which I have enjoyed immensely.
