Brooks has never disappointed me. They are the most supportive shoe out on the market and I can tell the difference when I wear them and when I don’t. Shin splints and knees don’t bother me when I wear them. My daughter says the same thing about them as well. She has very flat feet and she wears her orthotic insole in her shoes as well. My son also wears the because he walks a certain way and when he wears the adrenalines, they have straightened out the way he was walking and he says he can tell a difference as well. I have also recommended these adrenalines to other people as well and they love them! They really do work!

Brooks Adrenaline are a great pair of supportive shoes. I pronate so having the arch support and guiderails on both sides is a good fit. The shoes feel thick on the bottom, but not heavy. Nice colour and the laces are made of a different material which don't snag and tie up well. These shoes felt comfortable straight away. I had to size up from an 8.5 in the Adrenaline 20 model to a 9 in the 22 model. The tongue on these shoes is smaller than my previous model but sits ok when wearing. I wear these to run and walk my dog. I love my Brooks and will continue to buy them for their comfort, quality and looks.

I run less than 30 km a week so am not a serious runner. I was using the Adrenaline GTS but found the Adrenaline GTS 22 too rigid and uncomfortable. If you want some cushioning and support but don't want too much cushioning or support, the Brooks Ghost 14 is a good option to consider. I think it is one of Brooks most popular shoes because it seems to suit a lot of people. Note that it has a pretty high heel to toe drop by modern standards. I think it has about 12 mm (same as Adrenaline GTS) - so if you are looking for a flatter shoe, look elsewhere. I have wide flat feet, but am able to wear the Brooks regular width comfortably and have never needed to get the Brooks wide width shoes. Find the Brooks toe box wider than Nike which I sometimes have problems wearing

I had chronically sore and painful knees. I was fitted with the Brooks runners by a Runners Room associate who really knew what he was doing. Within a day my knees were better. Aside from that, the shoes are incredibly comfortable. I have two pairs now: one for inside the house and one for outside. I'm so grateful to the Running Room associate for steering me to these shoes. I had tried New Balance, which were terrific for my daughter, but they made my knees much worse. Likely they 'over corrected' my feet. I'm so happy and relieved I found these shoes. They do fit small though. I'm usually a size 9; the shoes I bought are 9.5. They are expensive! But it's worth it not to be in pain and be able to walk again in comfort.
I have 2 pairs of Adrenaline from 2019 that I love. I was in need of a new pair so purchased the Adrenaline GTS 22 and they definitely aren't the same. Toe box is still fine, but the back of the sneak that hits the ankle doesn't seem to come up as high as the 19 and doesn't feel as padded around the ankle either so I'm having issues with my heel slipping. Also the shoe laces are horrible, they are way to short and slippery so they are hard to tie. While walking my heel keeps slipping which didn't happen in the 19's so not sure why thats happening. Perhaps, they are lower in the back of the shoe? Or not enough padding around the ankle. I tried tying the laces all different ways but nothing helps with the slippage. I'm so disappointed because I really loved my other ... MoreI have 2 pairs of Adrenaline from 2019 that I love. I'm so disappointed because I really loved my other Brooks from 2019. I don't think your improvements made this shoe better but just the opposite. I hope the 23 model goes back to how the 19 was. I have a lot of foot issues and it's so hard to find something that is comfortable and fits me good and was so happy when I bought the Adrenaline 19. A bit disappointed in the 22. Also, please make more selections for Wide feet. I'm going to wear these around the house for a week and see how they feel, but not sure the slippage is going to stop so they might be going back.
I bought these shoes about 2-3 weeks ago. I have issues with my arches, the medial part of my foot rolls in, and plantar fasciitis. These are the first shoes that I can wear all day, every day to work. I work in a very busy office, so I am always walking around and on my feet. I have never worn or bought Brooks before, and I swear I can’t go back! They are so worth the money. My only thing is that I go for the basic colors because some of the colors that Brooks put together with the shoes are sometimes child-like to me. But that’s just my opinion. These also run true to size!
I run half marathons and go through running shoes pretty quick and needed a new pair for an upcoming race. Purchased what I thought was a new pair of Brooks for my race but when I got them today I found a box that was slightly tattered, no traditional "stuffing" or paper in the box, no paperwork or stickers/tags whatsoever, and a visibly used pair of Brooks Adrenaline shoes. There were dirt stains on the bottom and side of the shoes, but it did look like someone had put a new pair of inserts in the shoe. I need to get every mile I can out of my shoes, so getting a pair of even slightly used shoes is not ok, especially when there was no mention of it being seconds, used, etc. on the website. If I wanted used, I would have gone to ebay or poshmark. I don't have time ... MoreI run half marathons and go through running shoes pretty quick and needed a new pair for an upcoming race. Sorry Dicks, you just lost a first-time running shoe customer who goes through a LOT of running shoes.
I went through a couple of years with crippling plantar fasciitis to the point where I had orthotics made to cope with the pain. I would regularly tape my feet on really bad days. I have been wearing Brooks Addiction shoes for a few years now. They were so good and cushioning that I stopped needing the orthotics. I thought I'd never change from fear of my feet going bad again. I REALLY liked the look of these Adrenaline shoes and when I read up on them, I learned they have the same guide rail tech as Addiction, they are for wide feet and provide the softest ride ever. After trying them, I'm totally in love and my beloved Addictions may never again see the light of day. These are the best shoes I've ever had. Supportive, stable, super cushioning for fragile feet. I would recommend these shoes to anyone and especially to people that suffer with plantar fasciitis. Like me, they will soon become your favourite footwear.
I bought a pair of Adrenalines last year, and the sole came apart within a short time of owning them. I continued to wear them anyway—despite the tripping hazard—and now that they’ve gotten pretty gross from wearing them at work as a bartender, I decided to replace them. I love the new gray/pink/black ones and decided to purchase them [on Sunday, today is Tuesday]. I wore them ONE day (Monday), and the sole has already come apart in the same way. [I don’t have a picture of the new ones as it’s raining and I wore different shoes today. This is a picture of last year’s shoes which I keep at work to change into, so they happen to be here to take a picture of]. I am super disappointed. No shoe should fall apart in one day, and for the amount of money that these cost, they should be lasting significantly longer. I will also add that this year’s model isn’t as comfortable as last year’s model. I love the way they look, and since they are comfortable enough, I planned on buying another pair in a different color, but I can’t justify doing that since the quality isn’t there.
I have a large ligament injury from 10 years ago which will not go away. My right foot will roll to the right and the left. I wear orthotics but I require your very specific shoe. I have been advised this is the only shoe I am to wear. I put them on when I wake up with my orthotics. I am 77 years old and if my shoes are on early morning till late at night then I am active all day. My back, hips and knees experience no pain. If I walk around with no shoes, then the next day I can hardly walk. I am able to walk at least 22km to 27 kilameters a week. I wear only your brooks, adrenoline GTS. Their are recommended by my foot clinic.
