I have worn Brooks for the last 6-8 years, almost exclusively the Ghost platform as I am a neutral runner with a narrow foot. This new Adrenaline has many features that will
find its way into my training rotation. As always, the DNA midsole is supportive, light and protective whether heel striking or coming through to a mid-foot strike. The upper
around the heal & tongue area are very smooth for easy on and off while also performing well during sweaty summer runs. I like to use all the eyelets and the laces did seem
a tad short for a double knot if you choose that option, but they are incredibly light and ready for abuse. The mid foot upper is nice and thin allowing for tons of ... Show more

This shoe will be worn multiple times a week for runs due to its responsiveness & used for post workout cool downs. The toe box could be an issue for a wider foot if you do not opt for the wide version.... Show more

Support around the ankles is fantastic thanks to the higher than average upper portion on the back of the shoe. This provides great control whether running indoors, outdoors, or using them for cross-training on non-running days. Though they are stiffer than other shoes I have tried, they are still extremely comfortable thanks to the generous padding in the heel, and I have had no problems with blisters even after extended runs. The underfoot feeling is also fantastic and will ensure that these remain in my regular rotation. My previous go-to pair featured a foam elastic sole to help with energy return that I purchased after experiencing knee strain. Due to this padding, it was difficult to tell what was happening under my feet. While this is okay for some situations, is not always what you want during a run. These Brooks shoes strike a good balance between padding and feedback and have become my regular runners. They have no visible wear and the green-blue-gray-white color combo also looks really cool!Overall, I'm super happy with these shoes and will definitely consider getting another pair from Brooks once these wear out!... Now I do all of those in this one shoe. They are light and twitchy enough to take on a run, provide enough support to stand or walk for hours at a time, and sleek enough to accommodate a business casual look. I love the white/grey (Brooks calls it Oyster/Ebony/Alloy) colorway because it’s super versatile; I never have to worry if it’s going to clash with whatever else I’m wearing. The mesh exterior is breathable (enough so to withstand the Texas summer sun) and so far have found it to hold up well against light scratching and can be easily cleaned with a damp rag. My only quibble - and this is minor - on the overall aesthetic is that the material the logo is printed on on the sides of the shoes looks and feels a little cheap. It stands out to me because every other aspect of the shoe is high quality. I just can’t shake the thought that at some point it’s going to peel off. That’s not enough though to keep me from absolutely loving this shoe. I think these will last me a long time, but whenever it’s time to replace them, I’m buying another pair. I wear a size 10 and they fit exactly as expected.... Show more

Breathable, Visible, Comfortable and Stylish Running Shoe
6 July 2023
The Adrenaline GTS 23 finds its stride right out of the box! I've used Adrenaline shoes for multiple shoe generations and found the GTS 23 to be another solid win in a long line of wins. Here's the one downside: the shoelaces aren't long enough to double knot when I wear these shoes (size 11). Otherwise, this is a solid shoe. It was stiff during my first two trail runs (Rocky Mountains, dirt, gravel, rocks, streams) but softened and became more comfortable with time. The color is visible, but not ostentatious. The upper provides enough padding and the tread is strong. I sometimes prefer a 'trail running shoe' when taking on big mountains, but the GTS 23 is a great everyday fix.... Show more

Colors IRL Much Different than Photos, Quality Control Issues
29 June 2023
The Adrenaline GTS 23 is a great shoe, but the quality control and depiction of colors are a problem.Quality control: With Glycerin GTS 19 & 20 and Adrenaline GTS 22 & 23, it's been my experience that one or both shoes are not flat/balanced. Take them out of the box, set them on the counter or floor, and then apply light, downward pressure to the top of the back of the heel. Try to gently wiggle the shoe by moving your finger slightly side-to-side. There should be no obvious wobble. Yes, there should be a little sway and no two shoes are identical, but you'll commonly find at best that one shoe is fine, and the other wobbles left or right. Or that they both wobble. Seldom get two shoes that just sit flat. The wobble won't go away over time and causes me pain in ... MoreThe Adrenaline GTS 23 is a great shoe, but the quality control and depiction of colors are a problem.Quality control: With Glycerin GTS 19 & 20 and Adrenaline GTS 22 & 23, it's been my experience that one or both shoes are not flat/balanced. Seldom get two shoes that just sit flat. The wobble won't go away over time and causes me pain in one knee or one hip or one ankle, when another pair of the same shoe without the wobble does not cause any such pain.Color issues: Was able to order colors not yet released (see screenshot; try editing an item from your cart to see what colors are actually available vs. what is listed on the main page for the shoe), and was THRILLED until they arrived. 017 - Oyster/Black/Red Orange is white, not grey-ish as depicted. The entire shoe is lighter in color than the light grey depicted as the highlight in the photo. 373 - Green Gecko/Grey/Atomic Blue is actually all the color of the light green highlight and looks bright fluorescent green in person--the entire shoe, that is. Kinda looks like Kermit green in the photo, but is not at all like that. Neither shoe looks anything like the photos, in terms of color. Not talking slight variation here, but almost borderline catfishing, in terms of looking nothing like the photo at all. I was so disappointed and sent back the same day. Should've taken photos, but to be honest, I was actually furious and couldn't believe how off the colors were.I will buy this shoe again and still recommend it, but check for the wobble and be prepared for the color shock.... Comfort and quality

These are great running shoes! I go on daily runs and these shoes are very comfortable and provide great support for my feet and ankles. I sometimes get knee pain from running but I haven’t experienced any pain since I started wearing these shoes. They are extremely lightweight so I feel like I am flying when I run in these. They are also great for walks and I’ve worn them to run errands as well. These shoes have a good amount of cushioning so I am able to wear them all day long without my feet hurting. I like the design as well and how the shoes look sleek and not bulky. I’m really impressed with the comfort and quality of these sneakers!... Show more

Great shoes!

I am not a runner. I was simply shoping for a pair of comfortable every day shoes and having experience with Brooks running shoes i decided to but the newest year model the GTS 23. Again, i am not a runner and can only speak of things i have experienced which is every day walking and i am very impressed by the support and the overall comfort and durability of htese shoes. To date, this pair Adrenalin GTS 23 is the best walking shoes (never ran in them yet) i have ever owned. My right foot is flat and hurts bad when walking in cheap or formal type shoes. I have been wearing brooks fo rhte last, maybe 5 years and no pain. The overall support from both sides of the foot is very good. The shoe is not soft like walking on jello but rather firm but at the same time cushioning and soft, hard to explain but great engineering however they achieved it. They say in online reviewes that there is almost no difference between year 22 and 23 model but bought both and even for my unprofessional and untrained feel i could tell right away a world of difference in support and overall feel between this year and last year model with 23 being much more supportive in the guardrail on the sides of the feal and side of the foot keeping the foot streight. ANother thing i liked is how Brooks offered the no husstle buy-try-return if dont like system. Could not make my mind between Adrenalin 22 and 23 and bought both and tried them on. After liking 23's i returned the 22's and money were refunded as soon as the post office created a lable. Brooks seems to be good about this and as long as they do business like this i will always come back for shoes as i really like them.... Show more

My Go-To!
13 July 2023
The Brooks Adrenaline is a comfortable and supportive running shoe. I have run several times in this shoe, logging distances of 4-10 miles each time. It provides excellent support in the ball of the foot, arch, and heel. While running in these shoes, my typical pain from plantar fasciitis, as well as nagging ankle pain, were greatly diminished. These shoes offer a moderate amount of support on the inside of the mid foot area, which I can tell is helping correct my tendency to over pronate. There is ample room in the toebox, which allows the bones of the foot to move and flex. I have worn earlier versions of the same shoe, and the earlier versions felt a little tighter in the toebox, so the new version feels like it promotes a more natural foot movement. Wish the laces were longer
31 July 2023
I’ve ran in the GTS since the 17. This shoe is a good upgrade and like every new release I feel the Adrenaline GTS just keeps getting better with one exception-the length of the laces. The fit is good, although it may be a bit more narrow than in the past. The shoe is lightweight, the cushion is top notch, and overall feels amazing on my feet. My biggest complaint is the length of the shoelaces. I like to use the heel lock eyelet and double knot my laces to keep them from becoming undone while running. The GTS 22 was the first shoe I wasn’t able to do that with and the shoe rubbed up and down on my heel.
