I have owned several pairs of Ghosts over the years, and they’re my absolute favorite shoe, until now. The 15 is a complete disappointment. What I love about the Ghosts is they have a nice response off the pavement, more cushion than a speed shoe, and fairly light weight. Brooks missed the mark on this version. The cushioning is lighter weight as advertised, but you will not get the spring off the pavement as you did with previous models. Quite frankly, it feels like your running in a cheap fashion sneaker. First time with Brooks - an online purchase. Currently walking about 50km per week. This is a really comfortable shoe - cushioning, stability and support is excellent and is true to size. I thought my foot might move more laterally in the shoe because of the mesh upper, but it is held securely. As I have worn it I find it even more comfortable than at first. Very lightweight also. I have found that the outsole can be a little slippery on some wet outdoor surfaces (not so with my previous brand) which is why I did not give it 5 stars. I would buy them again and recommend if you need a neutral shoe.

My fifth pair of Ghost and bought primarily for work as am on feet to the tune of 12000+ steps a day. Bought a pair of Adrenaline 23 GTS at same time for running so we’ll leave that review for another dayI’m a Brooks cheerleader so I won’t wax on too much but these are the most comfortable fit to date. Amazing!The shoe keeps evolving for the better. The upgraded DNA v2 a real winner or so my feet tell me. Super comfortable, supportive and soft through the whole foot.My only negative is the colour options. I mean really this as an area Brooks could really improve and give theses awesome shoes wider appeal
Underwhelmed. The Ghost 15s are not remotely as comfortable (cushion and support) as the 13s. (I skipped the 14s and bought 13s a couple times based on rough reviews of the 14s). These feel about as supportive as walking on a carpeted floor. The laces are too long and the toe box looks flatter and more narrow compared to previous models. They seemed to have lost the sporty factor and stopped adding arch support. I wear these walking and at my standing desk at work. After just a few hours my feet hurt, whereas in the 13s I could wear for 12+ hours, including a light jog and be just fine. I rotate between Glycerin, Gel-Nimbus, Paradigms, and Ghost, not wearing the same pair 2 days in a row and replacing them about every 4-6 months. Ghost is leaving the rotation. The equipment used to analyse how I walk was good.The Brooks shoes (not a brand I had heard of!) are very comfortable and supportive, and a good fit.The shoes are the right level of “sponginess” for me, and I felt secure and safe in them (I have medical issues which affect my balance). Love the design too, and the choice of colours.Would recommend these. They were more expensive than anticipated but good value for the quality.Bought them for myself for my daily walk for exercise. I absolutely love my ghost 15’s! I’ve worn ghosts for a few years now. I have major feet issues and along with my orthodics the ghost shoes haven’t not hurt or flared up my feet at all. Which to me is just amazing. They last too which is also important to me as I wear mine all day everyday for work. I love they offer a variety of colours also, as I’m not a “girly girl”, so there’s always an option for me and my particular tastes. Brooks also offers regular discounts and sales for those who may not want to pay top dollar but like quality also. So that’s definitely appreciated also. Highly recommend.
The Brooks Ghost has been my go to most-terrain trail and pavement running shoe for five years. For the shape of my foot, which I think is pretty average, it has arch support, a roomy toe box, and plenty of cushion. When the tread loses a little of its traction after about 200 or 230 miles, I switch to casual use like slow jogs in good conditions, and I get a new pair for races and trail running. In conditions like more than an inch of snow, or crusty ice, or gritty mud, I can put yak tracks on the bottom and feel comfortable, but if it is worse than that and I don't want to get wet cold feet, I switch to my Brooks Cascadias instead. I live in Denver and I run in basically any weather. I run about 15 miles a week right now, and walk an additional 20 to 30 with the dog.
Wow ok.. guess I should have listened to negative reviews. I've been in a ghost 14 for the past year and loved the fit but wasn't quite sold on the appearance. Saw these new 15s and thought oh nice, they look cooler. But yeah, this shoe will get you in the forefoot unless you have a ridiculously narrow foot and zero pronation. Now why on earth would Brooks make a shoe with zero room for toes to expand? I actually have very narrow feet but the seam on the side of the forefront cushioning is up underneath the ball of my foot on the right side. No Sir! That's not going to work for me. Guess I need to stock up on some 14s. Do better Brooks.
