These are hands down the best road running shoes I've tried in YEARS. They peppy, responsive, and absolutely act like super shoes for me (without having a carbon plate). They harken back to half/full marathon racers circa 2014ish and I am HERE FOR IT. Absolutely my favorite type of shoe and hard to find these days. I'm certain I will break some PRs in these shoes. Thank you for making these and please never change them!! In terms of sizing, they are TTS in terms of my typical running shoe size. I have a bit of a wider midfoot and these accommodate it nicely. They feel very secure but not too tight.

The Womens Hyperion GTS is a great shoe. It is very versatile as you can wear them for a workout or just out walking around for the day. The shoes are very comfortable to wear all day. The first thing I noticed about these shoes is their bright color. The pink glo is so bright and cheerful it makes me want to wear the shoe every day!! The bright pink with accents of bright green and black really pop and make people take notice of my shoes. I have received many compliments. The superiority of this shoe doesn't end with its visual appeal! This is the lightest running shoe I have ever owned. Once I put the shoe on, I hardly notice it's on because it is so light weight. It has a nice snug fit to my foot as well and definitely fits true to size. I love using these shoes ... MoreThe Womens Hyperion GTS is a great shoe. They also keep my feet cool as the entire upper part of the shoe is a mesh like material. This is definitely my favorite pair of running shoes between the color and the feel, it's an amazing shoe!

I am a self proclaimed sneaker snob for sure. I have purchased many pair of sneakers and returned a good majority of them. I have worn these sneakers shopping for the day and to work out in. They are a comfortable sneaker for sure. Pros - lightweight design, fits true to size, offers the right amount of support for working out, comes in a variety of colors. Cons - they tend to dent in the upper corner by the big toe. The dent does not transform back to its original shape without a bit of help. It’s something you get used to but can tend to be annoying at times.

Love these runners! I am a longtime runner who has taken a break for the past few years as I've been pregnant/postpartum twice. I needed a new shoe as I'm getting back into a regular running practice and these have been a great fit for me. The upper has a glove-like fit that hugs my feet nicely, creating a feeling of stability. I like a neutral-rise shoe and this provides that while still offering good cushioning. I tend to run on asphalt and occasionally gravel, and lots of hills - I appreciate the amount of cushion I get with these shoes while still feeling the ground beneath me. I typically have a lot of knee and ankle sensitivity but they haven't been bothering me too much with these. I hate these shoes. I wore them for three days and hate them more each day. Because I've worn them multiple times, I don't think I can return them.Things particular to my feet that didn't work: the shoes pinch on the top of my foot and are loose at the heel. If you have wide feet at the top or narrow heels, these shoes won't work. Ordering a half-size up did not remedy the issue.Things particular to the design that don't work: the laces are so short you can barely double knot them. The shoes are not well-cushioned, so if you do a lot of walking, you're going to feel every contact your feet make with the pavement.
I am a casual runner and depending on the weather, I will either run outdoors or on my treadmill. When it comes to important qualities (to me) in a running/training shoe - the “heel rub”, the width of the toe and the weight of the shoe are all at the top of my list. The Hyperion shoe checks all three boxes. I find the sneaker to be a very comfortable weight for exercising. The toe area is a perfect width as to not squish my toes when running. Lastly, the heel of the shoe doesn’t seem to rub against me causing uncomfortable blisters (which is especially important when running for extended periods of time AND sweating profusely). The sneakers fit true to size. I’m a true size 8, received a size 8 and they fit absolutely perfect. Is there anything worse than a bulky sneaker when exercising? Definitely not. I would 10/10 recommend this sneaker whether you’re an avid runner or just run for fun/exercise.
These sneakers are really great! They feel snug yet very comfortable as if your foot is wearing a glove with just the right amount of cushion. The color of these shoes is more amazing than you can ever show online. They are bright but not too over the top with no other big colors trying to make it more. A bright yet simple running shoe which is harder to come by than you think. As a person who works in a profession on my feet all day long these are very easy to wear all day. My only negative would be what happens on my particular feet as almost a webbed look that pulls on the sneaker and makes it look wider where my toes are sitting. When I am walking you cannot see the difference in shape in the shoe and it does not affect the comfort. When you look good, you feel good and as a first timer for Brooks I would recommend these sneakers to everyone.
I LOVE these shoes!! I am training for a triathlon right now and using the shoes for running and biking (as I don’t use clip in shoes). I am a nurse and have also used them for 12 hour shifts, which include a lot of walking. I love the color; it reminds me of watermelons and super bright and fun. I also love how cushioned, lightweight, and breathable they are. My feet don’t get super sweaty in the Alabama heat of summer. I also love that the tongue of the shoe is attached (I will post a picture to demonstrate.) This keeps the tongue from sliding around while cross training and while putting shoe on. The only downside I’ve seen so far is the shoe is easy to stain. I got mud on the right shoe and I cleaned it off, yet you can still see the spot. It’s not super ... MoreI LOVE these shoes!! It’s not super noticeable, so I’m not upset about it. I’m not sure if it’s just the color or the fabric, I also haven’t tried to fully wash yet. I’m hopeful that they will stay cushioned and comfortable for long miles, but the longest I’ve used them for so far is 5 miles and I’m in love! Overall, I have found my new go to shoes. Love, love, love!!!
I’ve been a Brooks wearer my entire running career, but these were not quite the right fit for the type of runner that I am. I did not find the shoe cushy enough to meet my foot, knee, and hip needs. It’s a beautifully designed, sleek shoe and I loved how lightweight the shoe felt, but personally, it was a better fit for days that I do cross training rather than running.I found that it ran slightly larger than expected, though I really liked how narrow the shoe was. It hugged my feet nicely. The shoe also has a few little details, like a scalloped edge along the laces, that made it extra fun. I have them in the hot pink color, and I love how bright and loud the color is. I struggle with laces continually coming untied during workouts, but the flat laces on these ... MoreI’ve been a Brooks wearer my entire running career, but these were not quite the right fit for the type of runner that I am. I would also recommend sizing a half size down.
I’ve been a loyal Brooks customer for my running shoes for years, but needing stability in my running shoes, I’ve never tried out any of their faster/performance shoes in the past for fear that they wouldn’t be supportive enough. I also run SLOW and only non-competitively, so I never thought I needed anything but a nice, cushy, soft stability shoe. But now, Brooks has proved me wrong, and I’m pretty pumped about it. Out of the box, these are quite different from the shoes that I normally buy. The upper is very sleek and minimal, with only the barest hint of cushioning along the ankle and heel. The heel counter flares out a little at the top, which had me worried that this was not going to grip onto my heel, and that I would have to lace lock the sneakers. The heel counter flares out a little at the top, which had me worried that this was not going to grip onto my heel, and that I would have to lace lock the sneakers. I needn’t have worried at all, this shoe fit perfectly right out of the box. It’s true to size when compared with other Brooks shoes that I have used, perhaps even slightly wider in the forefoot and more narrow in the heel than what I am used to, which meant that these actually fit better with less foot slipping then my other running shoes without any need for breaking in. There was no rubbing at all on my baby toe, which I often experience in other running shoes before breaking them in. The most obvious difference between these and other running shoes I’ve worn is the weight, or lack thereof. They are super light on my feet, and really feel like I’m almost wearing nothing in the best possible way. I had been concerned that being so used to cushiony shoes trying a lightweight speed shoe would feel too stiff or hard on my feet/joints, but again, Brooks just keeps proving me wrong. While it is noticeable that I am closer to the road, I found these just as comfortable both for running and an entire day’s walking as my other shoes, with the added bonus that my feet didn’t sweat nearly as much. The support was really there, too, keeping my pronating feet in line even at the end of a tiring day on my feet (not what the shoes are for, but I did it anyway because I love the look!). The laces stayed tied nicely, though I would have loved for them to be a couple inches longer for an easier tie (and I’m glad I didn’t have to lace lock, they might have been too short for me if I had). Normally I like to write a more balanced review with pros and cons, but I have so few complaints about this shoe that I’m struggling to think of any cons. I can’t say this shoe made me any faster, because I am never fast, but it did feel like a real treat to drop some of the shoe weight I’m used to, like how you feel lighter after taking off a backpack you’ve been carrying a while. The fit is great, the stability is there, the weight is not, and I love the hot pink color to boot. This is the lightweight shoe that I never knew I needed, but will be likely be my go-to running shoe from now on.
