Brother MFC-J6940DW A3 Colour Inkjet Multifunction Printer

I bought this to use in my home office where I require A3 printing on a semi regular basis.This unit delivers the A3 requirements very well. The scanning function is superb too.I have it set up to wirelessly to receive print instructions from multiple devices around the house.It was very easy to set up following the supplied instructions, and I even did a firmware upgrade which will be helpful for tech support in the future.I would recommend this product to a friend any day.

Best Small Business Printer Out There

Quite simple a powerhouse of a printer. It does ever tak thrown at it exemplary well. Setting up in a technophobe office was a breeze. The print quality is second to none, and it printed the jobs with 0 errors. Scanning and photocopying, sending to emails all work flawlessly. And did I mention the print quality, it’s great.I would recommend this all day every day for small business owners. And if you have the room even home use!

Does the Job

This printer is just amazing and does the job. it is a bit large and takes up some space in my upcoming home office but I am super happy with the way it looks and how it works!I like that there are options to print different size and can customise the size depending on what I need and want with an exceptional printer quality, and I love that it does its job fast so no waiting around whilst its printing. I also love that I can print, scan and copy all in one device. The set up of the printer was easy, just follow the clear instruction provided with the printer. I also love that it came with ink cartridges that are separate for each colour, so no ink wastage which is important to me in cost aspect. Also with costs, I have to print many pages of documents for my job so I am glad that it has double side printing with out any manual involvement which my previous printer lacked and I can save both time and paper as well.

EXTREMELY Easy to set up

This has to be the most straight and easy setup I’ve ever come across, from box to first print 10 minutes if that. I chose this printer due to double sided printing capabilities not just on A4 but A3 too. It took me less than 10 mins to set it up. Once powered the printer gives step by step instructions through the set up so you can forget the booklet. The ink well was the first time straight from the packet nothing to rip off or unscrew and slot in the east to open front flap. Took 2 mins to prime. The print quality is brilliant, go missing sections or lines, eventually crystal clear colour.I’ve already gone through the black cartridge and I already ordered one when the warning came on which gives you a good 100 page warning.I was well impressed with the a3 picture quality no missing sections and more so with an image that gets blown up from a5.You can email from anywhere in the world to your printer, when you send the email you get a response with a PIN number. Once you’re back at the printer you press print from email and enter the pin from the email you was sent and it’s starts printing it off. The scanner is a little too heavy but you can scan to phone or laptop/pc within seconds, AND IT SCAN BOTH SIDES with out having to place and flip the page.My only grumble is the ink isn’t available as a subscription service. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic Product

This has been a life saver in our second office that’s run by my partner who isn’t a techy person however found the installation and working of this printer quite easy. She couldn’t be happier, the functionality is great and easy to use.The printer has a touch screen and looks amazing. So easy to use as I explained earlier, another feather is it’s flawless printing specially when you need to print 500 plus orders everyday.We highly recommend this product and hope that our review is as helpful as the printer would serve you. Don’t think anyone would regret buying this product as daunting as it may feel, our skepticism was eliminated completely. It’s the perfect sized printer too, not too bulky for the job it does

Great and handy tool for moderate needs

The printer was easy to set up with minimal technical hurdles. It went through couple of initial reboot sequence following OTA firmware update and it was a breeze from that point. The ink compartment has been located on the side with a catch flap which is very convenient. The intuitive touch screen is very responsive and easy to operate. So far I have printed about 300 pages of documents and the ink levels are holding up really well.Some nudges I've felt while using it so far:1. The hinge for the scanner flap is not well designed for soft close. When I first used the optical scanner the top lid dropped hard on the scanner and this could do with some soft closing mechanism.2. Great printer

I’ve been looking for a new printer for ages before I found this one. I’ve only heard good things about brother so far as well. Once the printer arrived it was a bit bigger than expected but that’s the only small inconvenience I’ve experienced. The setup was very easy and I didn’t have any issues with connecting it to my devices. I love that I can print from all of my electronic devices including my phone – I’m not just limited to my laptop. The quality of the printed materials is amazing as well and I haven’t had any issues with the amount of stuff I have been printing. Printing is super easy and quick. Small to medium sized office winner.

This printer is great for a small to medium sized office. Day to day printing of invoices hard wired is perfect, but occasionally myself and clients need to print from other devices like laptops and phones, and the wireless connectivity is a massive help. Also having A3 paper option is very handy. Colour printing and photo printing all there when you need it. Highly recommend this printer.

Smart printer

This printer meets my expectations and doesn’t disappoint like most brother printers. Light weight, easy to set up and does the job pretty efficiently. Set up took less than 15 minutes and with the brother app it worked quickly. Quality seems to match what brother is good at so not disappointed on that aspect either. Speed of printing is good so far and works efficiently on most wireless networks. Design is modern & blends well in an office setting. I’m not sure if it can print double sided other than that everything seems to be fine. I would totally recommend for office use since it manages so many functions & is truly an all-in-one printer

i was so excited to open my new printer I knew this was going to be amazing for my business and help so much. It took less than 10 minutes to set up the ink was super easy to install I love how the paper tray adjusts to different sizes A4 has been my favourite so far but looking forward to printing some leaflets in the upcoming weeks. The ink seem’s to hold so much more so in the long run this printer is worth having over my normal old basic printer. The scan, photo copy and fax is a great bonus but I love how I can print from my laptop, tablet and phone it’s great when I need to print on the go I can just use my phone but when I have lots of documents my laptop is my second option.
