I love my new BruMates look! The exact color I have wanted. Truth be told? I can’t get the dang lid off!!! Talk about a grip! When you push the lid down and turn it, it is so difficult to turn it back and lift it off. I thought maybe it was just me because I have trouble with my hands. My daughter tried as well and said it’s very difficult. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying anymore because of this issue.

OK. So many things to like about this mug. First of all, it has a very comfortable handle. Yay. Secondly, it keeps my coffee warm for at least 3 hours when I’m too busy to drink it quickly. Next, it will hold 12 ounces of liquid, which is usually the maximum amount offered on coffee makers, and still leaves room for the creamer. No overflow. Next, it is durable and washes easily. Finally, I love the ability to position the lid in 8 different ways, all around the top of the mug. Plenty of nice colors to choose from, too.

I already contacted support and waiting on a response. I bought this for my wife so she doesn't have to worry about coffee leakage and so far that's been solid. Where the problem is with the rubberize material at the bottom of the cup, it is already separating despite only having hand washed and air-dry overnight. The cups is 26-days old and already exhibiting failure in product.I have bought other cups that cost-less than this Muv and those held up well even after being put in the dishwasher multiple times. I expected higher quality/craftsmanship for a product 3x more expensive, and at the moment - I'm fairly disappointed.Update to follow once I hear back from support.
