BSN True Mass Chocolate

I've been 148-150lbs since I was 18 years old and in High School. That was 20 years ago. I've always remained active throughout my life and have remained in good physical condition. Recently however I decided to get a gym membership and dedicate myself to being in the best shape I can reasonably be. I decided that this might also be a good time to try some supplements, specifically a protein powder with hopes of adding a few pounds of muscle. I set a reasonable goal of 10 pounds. I figured if I could put on 10 pounds of muscle I'd be pretty happy with my performance and the way I look. After reading some reviews I decided to give GSN's True Mass a shot. I did not expect the results to appear so quickly. This product has helped me put on 8 pounds in 2 months. Remember, I've been 148-150 pounds for most of my life, so this is significant for me. I am truly impressed and satisfied with this product. On top of the physical results, it's the best tasting protein powder I have ever consumed. I use the Vanilla flavor and mix it with assorted fruits and vegetables in a smoothie every day. If you're looking for a great tasting product that will do what it says it will do, I would encourage you to give this stuff a try.

Mixes really well with liquid (milk/water) with added presence of tiny bits of cookies that feels really great while tasting it.Value for money (6/10) - The downside is the high end price of this product where 5 lbs costs about 7000 bucks (in Indian currency) which is w\quite pricey when compared to other available products.Effectiveness (7.5/10) - Although using it for not so long, still I have noticed some gradual changes in my body. My bodyweight has increased by a 2.2 lbs duringf the first week of consumption, also feeling a high in strength as I've been able to lift200 lbs from 150 lbs in a week for bench press. The high amount of carbs really has the added benefit of replenishing your calorie deficit post workout. Plus the high caloric diet it promises to deliver really fills you up throughout the day without the need to get hungry. A serving (3 scoops) packs about 45 grams of protein which is really great for muscle repair and bulking up.Side Effects - The downside is the accumulation of gas in the stomach that really is a pain in the butt (LOL) !!!....Slthough ut does't present itself with muscle or intestinal cramps, it does live a lot of room for gas. Also, the high calorie content really poses a threat to quick weight gain, so do keep an eye on that..!!Overall Verdict - So far enjoying this product and really looking forward to see the amazing results it hopes to deliver.Pros - muscle mass bulking up, high calorie diet, great taste.Cons - pricey product, poses threat in terms of gas, weight gainer due to high calorie content and sugar content.

I’ll be the first to admit that when it comes to eating regularly scheduled meals I fall short most days. This product is a lifesaver when I’m lifting to ensure I’m getting enough calories a day. Most meal replacements that are this high in calories and protein tend to be thicker than pudding but I mix mine with milk (for added calories and protein) and it is an easy drink. Love the quality BSN always brings to the table.

Did what is says it would do!

In college I played rugby and I needed something that would help me gain weight and size. I was 160 lbs at 5’9” when I started and the heaviest I got was 175 in about 1 season. Along with heavy weight lifting 4 days a week, practices, and weekend games and making sure I was eating more calories than I burned, I was able to make that goal with this stuff. Plus it tastes great!

It's flipping delicious. It feels like you're having a cheat right after a workout. Sometimes leaves a funny coating feeling in your mouth. but just add a little more water and it's perfect._x000d__x000d_Both of these options mixed very well. Choc Milkshake seems to have been better, but both were good to excellent.

This True-Mass from BSN works!

I used to this product for about four months on a deployment and if you stay consistant it work wonders. I weighed 165 pounds and after about three tubs I weighed 198. All these reviews on here saying it made me more lean and I packed on 50 pounds of muscle in 2 months are jokes. This product works great but you have to put in the work to really be the person you want to be. This does help you put on the muscle and size that you want though. I imagine all the flavors are great but I have only done Straberry and Vanilla. Strawberry is my favorite. It is a lot to take down, as it should be because you are trying to take in more calories than you are used to. It doesn't clump up though, it mixes really well. This is the second time I tried a weight gainer. I tried Serious Mass before and I didn't gain anything for the three months I drank it (Every day). I would consider myself a hard-gainer. I've been skinny my entire life and with a fast metabolism it's hard to put meat on the bones. I mainly turned to weight gainers for the obvious, to gain weight.So, my second weight gainer is True Mass. So far I have been on it for two months. I drink 700 calories every day and I've gained 12 pounds. The taste of the chocolate milkshake is alright. It kind of has a chalky chocolate taste to me, but I don't really care as long as I am seeing progress. It mixes extremely well! The ingredients aren't that bad, of course it has some bad ingredients here and there but it's kind of hard to find something healthy that has a lot of calories and put's weight on you. One of the ingredient's I don't like is Aspartame, which I noticed most protein shakes have.What I did to gain 12 pounds was watching my calorie intake. I counted my calories and made sure I ate more than my daily 2000 calories. I ate 4500 calories at the most, small meals but with healthy calories. I also only worked out twice a week. I didn't want to gain muscle, I just wanted to contribute to gaining mostly healthy weight while keeping myself healthy. Plus I wasn't too worried about gaining any fat, when I first started drinking I had 14% body fat and now I have 22% which is considered to be healthy body fat for women. All in all, this is the best weight gainer I have tried and I plan on using it until I gain the weight I want.

This stuff is great! I have tried many weight gainers and this is by far my favorite. It really feels like a clean gainer. I have bought this same tub so many times and have never looked back since the first time I used it. I started noticing some results in my goals only after a month using this product. I have not tried any other flavors besides strawberry but that is literally the best tasting protein shake I’ve ever had. I usually mix it with milk and add in other stuff. Overall awesome product. Anyways, I got the strawberry milkshake flavor and I must say that I have questioned that there is even any supplementation in this powder because of how close to strawberry milk it tastes. I'm not big on the flavor of supplements. I often gag on my pre and post workout drinks whether it be protein or a mix of creatine, aminos and pre workout. I don't think I'll have that issue with this supplement, although I and probably most first time buyers would assume that it would be a lot "heavier" in taste, it's really quite light, but in he stomach I feel like I just ate a meal.
