Ashwaganda has a 4000 year history, and is just as widely used today.Ashwagandha Tea BenefitsAshwagandha makes a striking appearance in its native India, with broad leaves and vibrant red-orange berries. Yet it is the unseen root of the plant that is valued and harvested. Indians have cultivated ashwagandha for more than 4000 years for a variety of uses. Its botanical name means 'sleep-inducing', and it is often referred to as 'Indian Ginseng' even though it is not related to the ginseng plant. The powdered root has many uses, including to make this herbal tea, and its mild flavour creates a subtle and relaxing brew that is easy to enjoy anytime. Refreshing and EnrichingNot only is ashwagandha an exceptional herbal tea, but it also has several fine qualities to offer. Ashwagandha root is a natural source of iron, and constituents such as alkaloids, flavonoids and amino acids. These elements give ashwagandha natural antioxidant properties. With these positive qualities, ashwagandha is as much a useful brew as it is enjoyable.

The Ashwagandha tea is remarkable. I found it to be both calming and memory enhancing. After trying the last box from a local market I had to have more but found it unavailable anywhere. I was happy I could order these directly from Buddha teas. I drink a cup everyday.

Not a bad taste but more like drinking hot water. The smell reminded me of oatmeal. It was recommended to me by my neurologist for insomnia before my migraines. I didn't experience any relaxing, soothing or any affect that other's had. I was so bummed.

The taste was very weak. Not a good quality. Had no flavor only a distinct smell. I did like other flavors made from this company. Not a fan of the ashwaganda.

great quality product. it really works as intended. Will definitely get more soon! Thank you so much for this. it was made of high qualiy ingredients. Plus the packaging and sizes were perfect. over all good quality. i love the smell and the looks of it.
I like the clean, delicate, earthy flavor of this tea. It's a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The only thing I'd change is to have bigger tea bags as I end up having to use two bags per cup to get a flavorful brew (to my liking at least).
This is my first time to try ashwaganda tea and Im feeling satisfied because I have experienced the benefits such as reducing my stress level and keeping me relax. I have noticed that because it is a good snooze enhancer, after drinking a cup of it, I really wanted to hit on the bed. This is the initial reaction that I have noticed so far but I made a research that it gives a lot of benefits other than those I have mentioned. I love herbal teas, and this is one of my favorites now. For the taste, itβs kinda mild, nutty and woodsy taste.
Unfortunately there is no flavor to this tea. The color of the tea itself is so light it's more like a dingy water color and tastes like hot water. Very disappointing Unfortunately.
Research what this herb does on your own and determine weather or not you need to try it.This product works for me. Less stressed and sleeping like a baby with great dreams just before waking. No side effects. For sleep I do 2 before bed. GOOD NIGHT
Chill pill in a cup. This tea is a must for calming the nerves. Not to mention the quality of ingredients used and the actual tea bags are huge so if your big cup drinker like myself you don't have to use 2 bags.
