I always knew that once my baby is born I am going to get myself a Bugaboo Stroller. I always liked the look, the features and the style. And this made me purchase the new model - the Dragonfly. However, despite all the good features, I am quite worried that the handle shouldn't get wobbly. My stroller is not even 2 weeks now, and with the bassinet on, it is very heavy to go stairs with it. Going my flight of stairs daily with it, causes the handle to become wobbly. Hope it won't get any worse.

This stroller is not lightweight. It’s not 17.4 lbs as advertised here — even Target’s website describes it as 21.8 lbs. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew that. It’s sadly very big and bulky, and the angle of the handlebar is awkward to steer… something feels not quite right about the center of gravity. Needs some improvements for sure, but super comfortable. If you have $1K to spend on a stroller primarily for walks to/from home and don’t need to fold it up and take it anywhere, then it would be great.

Excellent pram which folds together with Bassinet and a seat unit!My son loves to be in Dragonfly! Full recline position on the seat is excellent ! Love the new colours too.Fold is amazingly easy , and pram is excellent for tall people like myself and my husband! Wheels are so much more better then on the Bee6! Holds terrain very well, also shopping basket is absolute game changer, easy to access, extra bag gives more storage! There is 2 things which absolutely annoys me, bumper bar is fixed in one position, meaning that on full recline mode it sits on weird angle, under child's chin! Also canopy is badly designed- if you your child is a curious toddler and you just use normal canopy and not the breezy one, and child is world facing, your child either blinded ... MoreExcellent pram which folds together with Bassinet and a seat unit!My son loves to be in Dragonfly! Lightweight, very easy to fold and unfold.Very nice and smooth push. However canopy is badly designed, especially if you buying this pram for a toddler, if the seat is world facing and fully up and canopy fully extended- child cannot see anything as it cover kid completely (for small kids is ok) but not for curious toddlers who want to see and explore the surroundings.Another point - bumper bar, once fully reclined seat it stays weirdly up towards child's face, does have a move up-down position.I would strongly recommend- try before you buy!
We were deciding between the dragonfly and the fox5. I am so happy we chose the dragonfly!! We are frequently lifting it in/out of the car and going into stores, restaurants, etc. I love that it came with the car seat adapters as well (we use with our nuna). It is lightweight and compact for everyday use. It doesn't have the best suspension for dirt roads but I am not sure I would want to get our daily stroller dirty anyways. We will likely purchase a jogging stroller for those occasions. I love that it has the bassinet option and larger storage space than the butterfly. There is a small learning curve with the fold. Don't be discouraged- after a week or so we can collapse the stroller quickly with no issues. Overall very happy with this stroller and excited to use ... MoreWe were deciding between the dragonfly and the fox5. I am so happy we chose the dragonfly!! Bought this stroller few weeks ago for my newborn son. Unfortunately he doesn’t like to be in the bassinet at all. I think because it is no amortization in the base, too rough ride for small baby even in the asphalt road, for the tile road in my neighborhood it is worse. Hope my son will feel more comfortable in time. Otherwise the stroller is light, convenient to fold and feet in my Tesla very well. The forest green color is beautiful!
Having tried the majority of bugaboos, I had high hopes for the dragonfly. I managed to get my hands on a pre release but ended up not keeping it. I feel like it didn’t fit in line with all of bugaboos tried, true and tested functions and style. The handle bar was SO long, and can’t be fully stowed, so ends up making a “compact” pram VERY big. Also because of this, when folding, you have to be approximately 6ft 7 and have the worlds longest arms to hold the handle up to fold the pram down. Very odd. The fold is fiddly, I’m unsure as to why bugaboo went with a slider and button as opposed to two buttons like the fox 5? The bumper bar sits in a really awkward position when the seat is reclines. Really bummed this didn’t work out for us as it was perfect on paper.Pros:Very easy to foldLightweight and easy to carryFits in smaller car wellLooks niceExcellent buckleLarge storage areaCons:Honestly terrible to walk with over any sort of bumpy road. Gets stuck on small bumps unexpectedly jolting me and baby and requiring it to be lifted over.Leveraging it over bumps or curbs is awkward because of the incredibly long handle so you have to stop and use your footCan’t easily push with one hand or it veers to one side unless you are on perfectly flat smooth groundJust feels overall kind of flimsy while walkingThe canopy can’t move up to accommodate taller kids. My 99%ile 16 month old is already almost as big as it can support. I bought it for my newborn after having Bee for the previous ones, and I couldn't be more sorry. First and foremost, it does not fold easily. No matter how many times we try, we need to rely on luck to have it fold. Noting like the videos. Second, the canopy does not open all the way. I think this issue was also with the Bee, so I do not understand why they did not fix it in this model. Third, the canopy's color is disappointing and nothing like described. I could not be more sorry to buy this.
