I've been taking these every night for the past 3 weeks because they claim to help with sleep and muscle soreness. Although I haven't noticed any difference to my sleep (it takes hours for me to get to sleep most nights), I do think they help a little with next-day muscle aches. I will keep taking them for now, for that reason. They are easy and convenient in capsule form. That's a definite plus.

Started taking these in 2020 and noticed an instant impact on the quality of my sleep. Taking just before bed has had the greatest impact for me and thanks to a better sleep, results from the gym have been significant. Highly recommend for anyone that may be low with their magnesium and zinc or looking for a better night’s sleep.

This is a great ZMA supplement. Big tub so it lasts a long time, easy to take capsule and efficacious formula that's better than many out there. Honestly haven't noticed a huge difference, it's more a peace of mind thing for me.

I took on ZMA after a successful period of using straight magnesium before bed - on doctors advice. Thought the Zinc couldn't hurt and hoped further sleep assistance might eventuate. While the properties of magnesium haven't been lost, I can't detect any further benefits at this stage.
I have been using for a few weeks, and started using them during week off lifting. After my first workout, I was still quite sore. Also, unlike a lot of the other reviewers, I think this was impeding my sleep, so I have switched to taking them in the morning.
I have great difficulty sleeping. Having ZMA about 30 minutes before bed helps me get a much better night's sleep with greatly reduced periods of waking up. Using my smart watch also shows the decreased periods of being awake through the night. I still only sleep for 5 to 6 hours a night but the quality of sleep is much better.
ZMA helps me a lot with sleep and recovery (when it’s out of sorts). I seem to fall asleep quicker and have a solid sleep when I take them. In my experience you I have to make sure I drink lots of water as they seem to make me thirsty! Any muscle soreness seems to decrease in severity too.I have purchased from bulk nutrients for around 8 years or so and they quality is still as good as ever, if not better! For anyone looking for a supplement to boost recovery and improve sleep, I'd highly recommend giving these capsules a go.
I have trouble sleeping sometimes so always had to keep some prescription sleeping pills on hand. Since taking these just before bed, no issues falling asleep at all and minimum soreness on the morning. These are great for recovery and sleeping. Definitely getting again!
I find this a good source of Magnesium and I'm pleased that it is not combined with other vitamins that could interfere with magnesium absorption. I have not noticed improved sleep or muscle mass gains, but I do notice my head feels clearer and I appreciate that.
