I have tried many brands of creatine over the past 12 years that I've been supplementing with creatine and this is pretty much as good as it gets. The consistency is a very fluffy, easily dissolving powder (not grainy at all like many other brands of creatine monohydrate). It is also lab tested for purity and also is one of the cheapest creatine powders available anywhere right now. Some people may have minor issues with the bag being difficult to reseal, but it wasn't a big problem for me. I would highly recommend this to anybody in the market for creatine.

Great quality and quality for your money. Doesn't come with a scoop, but if you've saved your scoops for pre-workout supplements, you can use them or just use a kitchen scale to weigh it.When you first get the product, the creatine will likely be collected in the seal. If you're having trouble resealing the package, just take a pointy object and clean out the zip seal.I feel a greater pump and able to do more reps. Best deal I've seen so far.

I purchased this product (the 1 kg size) a year ago for less than $20. That package states 1 tsp contains 5 g. I just purchased the exact same product (1 kg size) and paid $55, but now the package states you only get 2.5 mg per 1 tsp! This means you pay $110 compared to $20 only a year ago, and this product might actually contain half as much creatine as creatine from another company. Definitely false advertising!

Creatine monohydrate works. I've tried a lot of brands over the years. This brand seems fine. It's like powdered sugar and mixes easy. If you lift hard doing the big compound lifts, don't wenis out on leg day, eat right, rest enough etc, creatine will give you a pretty noticeable boost in size and strength. Most supplements are a scam. Creatine is one of the very few supplements that actually works. The packaging on this one is a bit on the chodey side. The bag is like the Seahawks' defense. It's weak and falls apart easily. The ziplock broke instantly. There's no scoop. This isn't an issue for me because it's cheap. Just use an old scoop or a teaspoon. When the bag tears, put it in a ziplock or an old creatine jug. The weak packaging helps keep the cost down. I'm ... MoreCreatine monohydrate works. I've tried a lot of brands over the years. I re-started horseback riding at 61 years of age. As I became more proficient, I was frustrated by my soreness and fatigue which caused my recovery time to extend to 48 hours, and I remained very sore and tired throughout that period. In January of this year, I had a 3-day fatigue that made me worry that I was simply "getting old" and this pursuit was simply beyond my capacity. I researched all I could about increasing endurance, but the most common advice to people over 60 is to "start walking and gradually increase your exercise time to 30 minutes." That's great for sedentary folks who are trying (and should!) to get off the couch, but I was aspiring to do a solid 60 minutes combined aerobic and anaerobic work. I tweaked the searches to focus on supplements and that led me to creatine, which apparently has benefits for the older athlete beyond endurance and recovery. The creatine helps keep your cells hydrated, which helps recovery, but it also helps the uptake of electrolytes during the workout. I was less interested in the muscle building aspect, but more muscle does equal greater strength, which I certainly can use (I have a very slight build.) The result of my taking 3gr before every workout, and adding BCAA to my electrolyte "punch" has been far beyond my expectations. My soreness is GONE, entirely, unless I do some crazy workout on my horse. My endurance is much better: I was doing 40 minute lessons and being exhausted after, now I'm going over an hour (probably 50+ minutes intensely) and feeling fine (a bit tired, but that's what I want!) afterwards. The only times I've felt overwhelmed are the days when there's a sudden weather change to much warmer/more humid, which has happened twice. In addition to this, I have been treated (surgery and radiation) for breast cancer this year, and although I was warned about the effects of the treatment on my energy level, I have not noticed any effect. Perhaps the supplements helped me weather those as well. I'm at the end of my treatment and I logged my most intense and longest ride just last week and recovered very quickly. It was awesome. I chose this product because the supplement is made in Germany, not China (packaging in USA.) The price point was excellent as well. It doesn't dissolve in cold water completely, but I just swirl it around in my electrolyte solution and it's not noticeable.
I workout often after work, and am trying to gain strength, so I started looking in to pre-workout supplements to give me energy after a long day. The downside with most store bought supplements is that they come with so many fillers, and they ALL have SO MUCH caffeine (which I cannot take after like noon if I want to sleep well). By buying each component separately from bulk supplements, I can design my own pre-workout mix without the caffeine and without any additives. After extensive research (and no, I am not a professional, so I'm not advocating the below unless it worked for you, do your own research!) here is the list of ingredients I use:>Beet Root Powder: Energy, boost endurance and increase strength, replaced caffeine for me -- it definitely has a strong ... MoreI workout often after work, and am trying to gain strength, so I started looking in to pre-workout supplements to give me energy after a long day. Sometimes I throw in coconut sugar for sweetness to offset the strength of the beet.>Beta Alanine: Research shows it helps fight muscle fatigue and increases muscle endurance in high-intensity exercise.>Creatine Monohydrate: Most sports scientists consider creatine to be the number one supplement for increasing strength and power.>L-Citrulline: Citrulline increases blood flow to body tissues. Research shows that for exercise, this may help supply your muscles with the oxygen and nutrients they need and stimulates muscle endurance & reduces muscle soreness>BCAAs: To aid in recovery. Often taken after workouts, but does have similar benefits when take in pre-workouts.>Theanine: Boost alertness and reaction time, it also has a calming effect, so great for afternoon/night workouts. Also found to go great when combined with the caffeine in pre-workouts.I mix all ingredients into a large twist top jar, because adding a little bit from all the bags every day would be tedious! Also because you're working with powder, the zip-lock is annoying, so would not be ideal if opening everyday.
I purchased several lbs of beef protein isolate bc I found that I was allergic to whey protein. I went ahead and finished the whey protein I had and now it’s too late to return the bulk supplements beef protein. Otherwise I would return every last one of them. The taste makes me want to throw up. I have never tasted anything so sickening before. Now I’m stuck with them . I’ve even tried to mix it with chili, chicken and rice, but it just ruins what I mix it with. And after spending several hundred dollars on it, for me to feel like throwing it away, is equally sickening. Can bulk make an exception and let me return these packages??? If I would’ve known that it tasted like this, I never would’ve bought it…..
Bought the Cordyceps Powder after learning about Cordyceps from the " Last of Us " series. Upon researching I learned it has great anti-oxidant properties. I haven't noticed a dramatic change in my health but these kinds of things are subtle I think. Anyway I haven't wandered off ( well maybe once or twice ) and I don't have anything growing out of my head yet so ... ( still keeping my fingers crossed). For those scratching your heads, do a little research for yourselves. Cordyceps is a fungus that gets into ants and causes them to wander off from their colony and subsequently devoured by the fungus. Cool, huh?
In an effort to maintain muscle mass as I age (I am a 60 yo male), after some research, thought maybe this product could be helpful. I have been taking 1 tsp daily and in less than two weeks have gained 3-4 pounds. Note- the recommendation is 2.5 tsp. I reasoned that any additional amount should be helpful if I was deficient and a smaller dosage would be more economical). Have had no real changes in my diet, maybe even eating a little less now after the holidays. Always exercise regularly. I feel the increase has been, for the most part, lean muscle. I also feel it (the weight gain from supplement) confirms that I had a nutrional or physiological deficiency that is alleviated by this product. The quality and ease of use is good.
There are several products presumed to enhance muscle growth. Most are either of little consequence or not indicated.Whey, or possibly Cystine protein and Creatine ARE , in fact, more remarkable than others.Adding your lean body weight equiv. grams to pounds of protein and 5 grams of Creatine per day is effective.Other than above stated, Creatine stores in your muscles allowing them to repeat longer without tiring .YOU CAN SEE AND FEEL THE EFFECTS OF THESE COMPOUNDS!Below attached is a pic of "Me" At 72 years of age.
