Not only did it not work, but it made my lab results for my liver (BUN) elevated and made my sweat smell strongly like ammonia (cat urine). I love L-carnitine for the excellent fat burning benefits without the stimulating effects of other products. But this is the best L-carnitine I've ever had! I mixed it with a little of the Garcinia Cambogia (also excellent) and had such a nice clean bun during my workout. I like to eat super clean and all the other types have some kind of artificial flavoring a and other garbage I do not want nor need. Really great product. Bulk Supplements is my new source for many of my favorite supplements!

I made a few hundred of these into capsules (capMquick style) and this powder is quite tacky. So first of all it was not as easy or clean as most powders.But the real problem is that the powder dissolves the capsules! After a couple days i saw that the capsules in my vitamin holder were entirely empty and the capsules were breaking down.Never saw anything like it so heads up! I feel like this should have been on the label since it is quite unique compared to most powders which can be easily prepared into capsules.

Great product to assist in fat metabolism & reduction of fat mass. Also, seems to assist in post training recovery. Highly recommended.I do 2 grams post workout with a high-carb, high-protein shake/meal.I also do 2 grams twice per day on an empty stomach of Acetyl L-Carnitine with other fat burning ingredients.Very please with all transactions with BulkSupplements. So... this is a winner so far, as you only take 2 capsules per day. I can't stand powders or taking 8 tablets per day like most L-Carnitine on the market states. 2 capsules in the morning is perfect. I am waiting to see if this assists with the reduction of the meno poochy tum that regular exercise and healthy eating refuses to shift. If not... to be fair it'll be a hormonal thing not the fault of the L-Carnitine. I've used L-Carnitine before and I know it works... hence going there now for the meno-gut...

I just use the tip of the handle of any utensil (fork, knife, spoon) to pick up a small amount of the supplement from the package, and simply drop it into a bottle of water. I mix it with the BCAA Branched Chain Amino Acids 2:2:1 ratio, and it helps to reduce pain, stiffness, soreness, etc., in my muscles and joints. It seems to be helping to repair my damaged hair, skin and nails, as well, which is an added bonus. It took a few days for me to see results. Would I sound crazy, if I told you that I think that it may even help to elevate my mood, and improve brain power? Now, I'm trying to enlist the rest of my family to give it a chance.
