I love Bulk Supplements don't get me wrong. I make my own pre-workout using their Creatine, L-Arginine, Citrulline Malate, and Beta Alanine. I wanted to say that so people don't get the wrong impression from this review. As many others have said, the pill count is under 300. I didn't count mine, but because of the number of crushed capsules I know mine is under 300. I went ahead and bought their biggest bag because I trust the company but was very unhappy with the quality of the packing materials. These should be in a hard plastic bottle. The quality of the caffeine I am having a hard time deciphering. Mainly because I don't know if it feels week because I have grown resistant to a 200mg dose or because of the quality.

These are great! Packaging/Delivery: Prime, arrived very quickly. The package is a zip-top bag, items did not seem damaged. Not ideal, maybe because I'm used to screw-tops. I now feel a push to get out of bed within minutes of waking up, before I even take it. For reference: I used to drink a grande (188mg) or venti (259-564mg) iced coffee in the morning which can have a varying amount of caffeine, supported by this study and the fact that everyday I felt it had a varying effect. I have noticed that my digestive system is much more active. I am a biology major, and on the Pre-Medical track (I do not think for a second this makes me more qualified than others to review, but I wanted to give those reading a understanding of who I was, and how I was reviewing this product). Based on my education so far, I do not know why the capsules have not worked as expected for me. I may have greater expectations that I should.

As other reviewers have noted, there is (somewhat confusingly) no sort of come-up rush feeling, no jitters, and no apparent increased heart rate (in my experience so far, as I have only taken one 200mg dose at a time) like you get with energy drinks - it must be the lack of sugar and other stimulants I suppose. My sister or I make up a week's worth of her recipe, which enables her to just add the powder to water, drink it down, and feel better. When you put pills in a bag, and you want easy absorption, you go with a small gel capsule. Problem is there's very limited protection for this thin gel capsule so now you have to worry about microfine powder leaking through any puncture wound on this capsule that has no protection in a plane, a mail truck, etc. Its invitation for disaster. There was powder in my bag, no visible punctures to the pills but either the mfg. process had breakage, or the pills do. In any case a ziploc ... MoreSo let's talk about this product. All in all they should revise the packaging and probably have a QCT actually hand count pills to maximize profit margins. Their products are effective, even if this is a bad design.
I drink Redbull everyday and when I don't have it I get the worst migraines and have 10% of my usual energy. I bought these caffeine capsules hoping it would help with my migraines and give me more energy, and that's exactly what they have done!!!!! $20 for 500capsules, 200mg a piece is such a deal too! I will be buying again!!
these are awesome and extremely convenient. i take one with a protein shake and homemade pre workout before i go to the gym and it’s sooo much better than adding concentrated coffee to my shakes. my energy levels feel extended and i last a lot longer in the gym. they’re small, easy to swallow pills. and the serving size is one pill for 200mg so the bottle will last awhile. i would highly recommend!
