This product did not suit our requirements, too fiddly getting the ladder extended and then down again.Much heavier than anticipated , it was to be used by older person for quick access to stop sensors and alarms when going off during the night.I returned the ladder at a 50% loss due to 25% less off the original price on return plus the other 25% postage to return the package.The return process was slow and at times felt rude.

I have a straight one I purchased years ago and the folding one is as good as expected albeit a little awkward to use at times, but ease of transport more than makes up for that.

Very good product. Slightly unsteady with max extension.Fast delivery. Overall very happy.

It`s heavy for an aluminium ladder , folds down compact .Could be a finger biter though? Built strong .

Do Not Buy this ladder

DO NOT BUY ! I bought this and when received its huge heavy dangerous wobbly bad quality and its a good design idea in theory but in real its hard to open and close . i managed to damage my fingers when closing

Great ladder concept

This is a great concept. I had a need for a 4m ladder but didn't know how I would but one and get him home, plus storage. Found this telescopic design that completed solved mutt problem. Its easy to operate and adjust to the set up you want. Ite is a little heavy so be careful. Note that when extended straight for heights the ladder does bow a bit. It was great for me though and perfectly save.

Great value

Compacts to a small size, can easily fit in to small car. Very strong and sturdy in its different configurations. Great around the house as a ladder or as a trestle and can be adjusted to various sizes of a ladder or trestle for all your needs, you can adjust the leg length of one side as a trestle to work on stairs.

It is a heavy dead weight, but quite well made.

Good ladder but it does not have a capacity of 150KG, the Compliance Label on the Ladder itself says 120KG.

Not what is advertized

The ladder is advertised at 150kg rating and the rating sticker was 120kg, which is no used to us, and when this was brought up with the seller, it was laughed off as a Typo and no big thing, our job site would have been shut down because of a typo. I have found the seller of the ladder not to be helpful unless threatened. I would not recommend dealing with this seller.

Versatile ladder option

Needed a ladder to reach second storey windows and also work as step ladder with over 2m reach. Seems to be meeting both usage requirements
