I don't use this too frequently, only when my hair texture changes for the worse/feels weighed down and I know that too much styling product build-up and other stuff has accumulated which needs to be removed. I usually dislike using any product with SLS in it, but I hate to admit this one does just what I need it to: 'stripping' my hair of all the build-up, and taking my hair back to its natural state. Most SLS-free shampoos don't do that for me, bar a small handful, and I normally end up having to add a capful of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in with each shampoo application, to get them to work better. This shampoo is only meant to be used once a week, but with my oily hair I used it twice a week and the third was with my normal shampoo. This shampoo is so clarifying I wish there was a gentler version for every day! Not too much fragrance and doesn't strip your hair if you use very little. It suds up great so you don't have to use a lot

I've always loved Bumble and Bumble products so I'm not sure why it took me so long to try this. My friend spoke of this product so highly so without hesitation I picked it up on an Ulta trip. After the first use, I knew I would be repurchasing this over and over. It made my scalp feel SO clean and refreshed, like my scalp could breathe after this. It didn't make my hair feel super dry and tangled either like some clarifying shampoos can do. I use this once a week in my 2 step shampoo routine on Sundays, which is starting with the Sunday shampoo, massaging it in for 1 minute, rinsing, and then going in with my Dae Monsoon moisture shampoo for a double cleanse but also providing my thick hair with the moisture and hydration it needs. You cannot go wrong with the clarifying shampoo!

I love this product. It doesn’t weigh down my hair. There really are no cons with this. It doesn’t need improvement, I wouldn’t change anything about it. It’s a little expensive, but I only need to use a small amount so I think that it’s a good value. My hair is long and thick. It’s prone to frizz, especially when it’s humid and gets and staticky when the air is too dry. I put about a quarter size squirt of this on my hands and work it into the bottom part of my hair, then lightly pat what’s left on my hands on the top of my head. This was used and recommended to me by my hair stylist after I complained about my hair getting super greasy and oily the same day I would wash my hair. I came out of the hair salon with my scalp feeling refreshed and not greasy at all. I decided to test how long it would take for my hair to get oily and so far I’m on day 5. I have medium length hair that is somewhat thick. Highly recommend.
I like this shampoo! I don’t like the price but it lasted me for a longgg time. It doesn’t make my hair too squeaky clean and I get a good amount of volume so I use this at least once or twice a month. If your looking for a good clarifying shampoo I definitely suggest you try this one!
Bumble and Bumbles Sunday shampoo does what it says. It is a great clarifying shampoo to remove build up and leave your hair feeling cleaned. However if too much product is used it can leave my hair feeling very dry and stripped. The price is also high for the amount of product you get. I will finish the sample size I purchased, but won’t rush to buy a full size.
Smells clean and fresh. Love that its called Sunday its sort of a way to make it a weekly ritual. I think even if you don't use a lot of product a clarifying shampoo is necessary for fine hair. After reading all the other reviewers comment they have hard water and this saves there hair I totally agree. Since putting this in my routine my hairdresser has noticed improvement in the health of my hair. I still have some scalp issues so I'm not ready to repurchase the one quite yet.... I purchased this 1 year ago and still have a bit left so it is worth the price.
I have used this cream for many years to tame the frizziness of my slightly curlly hair & help it hold a straight blow out. I found it requires careful blow drying, followed by light flat ironing, to get the best result. It doesn't hold my style long in hot, humid weather. I don't have excessively curly hair, so I don't think it would be a good choice for someone with really curly/wavy hair, and there are other more effective product choices out there these days.
