To say that I'm disappointed is a HUGE understatement. Not only was the adapter release delayed a number of times from its original availability date (I understand things happen, but we're talking around 6 months of delays!) but it fails to deliver on a couple HUGE points that seem like total oversights. My biggest complaint is that the "shoes" must be removed if you want to fold your stroller, which for me, kinda defeats the convenience of a carseat-to-stroller adapter. I can't even begin to explain what an insanely huge hassle it is to remove and reattach these big clunky shoes every time (I know, first world problems). I suppose I should've expected this as the bumbleride skateboard also needs to be removed each and every time the stroller is folded PLUS the ... I suppose I should've expected this as the bumbleride skateboard also needs to be removed each and every time the stroller is folded PLUS the skateboard doesn't fold up when attached and not in use, (again it needs to be removed unless you don't scraping up your feet/shoes on the bolts on the underside of it) but, I digress. The shoes that need to be removed each time are heavy and clunky but flimsy at the same time, if that makes sense. When you're trying to connect the Clek Liing carseat to the adapters while on the Indie you almost need two people or be really "capable" so to speak. You can't just pop the stroller on and go, you need to put pressure on one adapter, pushing it toward the center of the stroller while lining up the other side (and mind you this is with a child in the car seat). Then you have to make sure they're both continuing in the carseat channel and push down (hard). Then, once it's attached there's a ton of play in the carseat when you push even slightly on the top or foot of the (attached) carseat. It feels like its not very securely attached (even though I connect with a "click" sound each time).Lastly, the carseat sits up quite high (I hoped the adapters would sit it down lower in the seat of the stroller) making it feel very top heavy. All in all I have to say, the adapters were absolutely not worth the wait of $50 spent on getting them. It kinda makes me dislike my Indie that much more... wishing I went with another, better adapted brand all together.

This adapter set is extremely easy to install and use! Very happy with my purchase. The instructions were detailed and we had no issues figuring it out. We have a Nuna Pipa car seat and it slides right on the adapters with our Bumbleride Speed. We take baby to the gym all the time so I am really glad we purchased the adapters so he is mobile as we do our workouts.

The adapters fit just fine. I just think the original Nuna PIPA (like before the Light and Lux, etc) isn't a great fit. It took my husband and I a really long time to get the car seat off once it was on, like 30 minutes and that was after we watched a bunch of YouTubes. I can almost guarantee I'd never be able to do it on my own while out and about. I'll probably just put the baby in the real stroller seat if I need to roll both the kiddos around. I'm going to keep the adapters just because it isn't a bad idea to have them around but I wouldn't recommend this for people with the original Nuna PIPA style car seat. The stroller rules, the car seat rules, just not together. On a positive note, Strolleria was the only place that had them in stock so, yay!
The adapters for the car seat were so easy to install. We have the nuna pipa lite car seat and love how it fits on our bumbleride speed jogger with these adapters. They all work perfectly together making our walks a breeze!
The adapters for my Nuna Pipa car seat could not be more perfect! I have an amazing travel system now with the products I chose & love!I have a Bumbleride Speed and while this is a jogging stroller I prefer to also use it as my day to day stroller. The adapters make it fully functional with my Nuna Pipa infant car seat- its been SO awesome on the go for a walk, run or at a restaurant!
Our little one is not here yet, so I haven’t been able to really put our stroller to the test, but I love it. I chose this stroller specifically because it could adapt to use a Nuna Pipa Lite LX car seat. The adapters were difficult to get ahold of, but they are sleek and sturdy.
The adapters work great. Fit my car seat as expected and easy to get on and off. Adapters purchased directly from Bumbleride came with the 'hot shoes' that were necessary for the model year stroller (2020 Indie Single). They seem sturdy and of high quality. These were initially out of stock, so I purchased from Amazon. They didn't seem to fit as advertised, but after emailing with a very helpful Bumbleride Customer Service Representative, we realized that it required hot shoes, which were not in the box. I returned and at that point they were back in stock at Bumbleride web site.
Adapters work fine but they are very heavy. They are each manufactured with a large heavy piece of metal. My bugaboo adapters are all plastic and super light so I’m bummed these aren’t lighter as it adds unnecessary weight to my buggie.Magic Beans also dropped the ball as they didn’t notify me they were delayed. I had to reach out 2x for an update since their arrival was a month late!
I was about to purchase the Indie model, but then found out the Era was being released a month later so decided to wait and preorder the Era. What attracted me to the Era is the all terrain wheels, the fact that the seat can face forwards or face you, can recline or sit up and the car seat can also attach. So many options! Happy with the stability/feeling of the stroller versus other strollers I’ve tested in stores. Great functionality for a good price. And it’s made of all recycled materials with no chemicals so environmentally friendly and safe. Always a plus 👍
