Burberry Beauty Her Eau De Toilette For Women 10 ml

I received a sample of Burberry Her EDT from Influenster in exchange for my honest review.I previously purchased Her EDP and love the fruity scent. This scent is nice, but I don't like it quite as much as the original. This is a very light, sparkling, clean scent. It is categorized as a fruity floral scent. It opens with fresh pear and then dries down into a musk. I think it would be great for spring. I would recommend this to someone who wants a light, fresh scent that would be perfect to wear during the day.

Floral Scent w/ a touch of Musk

It was a really pleasant floral smell! Beautiful scent! Very floral with a touch of musky-ness. I’m typically not a fan of musk, but this was very subtle to where it didn’t bother me. It’s surprisingly very long lasting. I had put it on in the morning, and then by the end of the day, my husband told me I smelled amazing. That’s because I had even spent some time outside and I hadn’t reapplied the perfume all day! So the scent stayed on my skin. I recommend this perfume. It’s definitely worth a try.

Fantastic! I bought a 50 ml and a travel size for myself. My male friend also went crazy for this and loved it a lot. I initially smell fresh, bright, pear with a little musky woodiness. This changes a few times on me. In the middle I smell cassis, which is not listed, and could be the scents combining, but it is lovely. This eventually dries down to a fresh and sweet scent that is light on the skin. If I spray this on my clothes, it smells much more fruity for longer, and lasts ages. On my skin, it’s at least 8-10 hours. If I spray this at night, my sheets smell like it the next day. I tried the Eau De Parfum and was not as impressed. When I spray this fragrance, it reminds me of a fresh fruit-like, green apple and pear fruity scent for a first note. It dries with soft musk and hint of floral and fruit. I received this product from Burberry and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I’ll start off by saying I was really excited to receive this perfume, and really wanted to love it. However, I simply don’t. I kept getting strong notes of bubble gum and highly disliked that. My husband didn’t smell bubble gum, nor did the coworkers I had asked. But for me, since that was the overpowering smell I got, I’m all set with this scent. The staying power is overall decent though. Maybe my sniffer is broken. Haha

Not for me… mature scent

I received this product as a sample from Influenster, and I tried it over the course of a week to see how I liked it. First off, the perfume has a very classic mature scent, similar to YSL Or Elizabeth Arden. It also smells expensive, like old money expensive. It has a more musky scent almost too, like almost as thought it could be a light cologne. The sample I received was a toilette but honestly it had a good amount of longevity despite this. It also had a potent scent which was unexpected. Overall, my only cons was that it just wasn’t my exact preference for perfume, but definitely recommend for those who like the notes above.

Reminds Me of My Youth

I received a complimentary sample of Burberry EDT courtesy of Influenster. I loved the scent at first whiff and for the life of me, i couldn’t figure out what it reminded me of. Burberry EDT smells like Summer circa 1990's. The combination of sweet pear and currant, enveloped in citrus, peony and the earthiness of musk are reminiscent of the first edition VS body sprays. Unlike yesteryear, the Burberry scent lasts and doesn’t attack your sinuses. It also smells great on, even now that I have reached a certain age. It definitely is a complimentary fragrance experience.

Strong, sophisticated floral scent-lasts all day

I received this as a sample from Influenster. Strong scent that lasts all day and is pleasant but is definitely on the heavier side with strong floral scent. My husband said it smelled "old" like a grandmother's perfume but personally I think it's more of a sophisticated perfume and not as fresh or young as a more citrusy scent. I've never smelled anything like it before so it is unique and I did read another review that mentioned it smelled like walking into an Abercrombie store which I have to say is pretty accurate....if you like that smell then this is absolutely the perfume for you. I'll wear it every now and then but it's too heavy to be an every day scent for me.

This is a totally different combination of notes than the eau de perfum. Normally an EDT is a less pungent version of the EDP so I was surprised this was a whole other aroma. From what I recall the original EDP is more berry forward. This is very fresh and finishes sweet from the pear note and has absolutely no berry at all. I like that it is not overly sweet like candy, nor cloying strawberry but it's not as complex as I had thought a Burberry perfume to be. It's a much more simple combination of honeysuckle and pear and reminds me of a body splash you could douse yourself with at Victoria Secret. I do like it. Honeysuckle in particular really does deserve more attention in mainstream perfumes.
