Burberry Brit Sheer Eau de Toilette Spray by Burberry 1.7 oz

I bought this a few days after I bought YSL's Black Opium Le Parfum because I wanted something similar, but not as nauseating for hotter days. The sweet smell this has is definitely similar, on me at least (maybe my skin just likes vanilla), so if you like that one I think you'd enjoy this one, and vice versa. I will say it does initially feel like the sweetness is a bit much for hot days, but it does become really light after you give it a little to fade. I think it's kind of just the nature of fragrances with vanilla notes, so I'd still recommend it for hot days if you don't mind that. Alternatively this could work nice for a night out or a date just because of the vanilla. This rectangular bottle is the palest shell pink with the classic Burberry pattern etched into the glass. The only labelling is around the base of the nozzle, which delivers a generous but controlled spray of this ever so pretty perfume. The base is White Musk and Amyris Wood, which mellows the sourness after the dry-down. Now if you're looking for something that's long-lasting or has surround-sound sillage, then you may be disappointed - there's only a wee bit of scent on my skin three hours later. But for me that's a bonus on a hot day - gives me another excuse to spritz more of this uplifting and deliciously feminine elixir ♥

Fake perfume

Pay attention to the negative reviews, it is a verified fake. Batch 2299I knew something was off, so I started looking into it And sure enough I wish I would have dug deeper into the reviews. Shame on Walmart for selling fakes and Walmart was the retailer not a third party. Will somebody at Burberry please pay attention to all the fakes that a multi billion dollar corporation is selling? Walmarts pockets are pretty deep so I suggest you look into suing them.

Feminine fragrance

The item arrived in great condition. I am pretty picky when it comes to perfumes. This time I purchased based on the reviews without knowing the scent at all. To be honest I didnt like it at the first spray. But next day I decided to give it another chance and realized the fragrance is beautiful, feminine and yes “sheer”. I am not sure if it is authentic because like other reviewers mentioned, the scent doesnt last long. I tested it by spraying behind my ears, one each, then one on my chest, one on the wrist (after the shower). Moved around inside the house for a couple of hours, no cooking involved, and I barely smell anything after that. We did have an air purifier on high level at the time, maybe it sucked all the smell in? Haha. Btw I do like the scent, and I dont smell the strong alcohol in this fragrance at all. So I guess I will try to finish the bottle. For the price it is worth a try, just in my opinion.

My signature scent!

I absolutely love this fragrance. It is perfect in every way and has become my signature scent. I wear this for me because it makes me feel good. I apply on the inside of my elbows so that it doesn't wash off with repeated hand washing and when I need a little pick me up, I'll just take a whiff of my inside elbow area and it makes me smile. A bonus benefit is that I have a lot of scent-sensitive people in my circle and this scent has never bothered any of them.

Will not stop taking my money

I purchased this perfume November 2023 and returned 3 days later. I paid for postage myself. The perfume was old and did not smell good. In December 2023 I received a refund. In March 2024 I called QVC because they deducted the money from my account. The representative stated they never received the perfume I told her that was not correct and asked to speak to a Supervisor. She claimed she could handle the return, but she didn't. I called back and spoke to someone who was diligent she stated it was noted they received the perfume 12/02/24. She stated she would she make the return. Today I was checking my bank account and QVC took money from my account 04/20/24. This is ridiculous that the Finance department is so incompetent. knockoff

this is 100% a knockoff. I've worn this perfume for 10 years, and I can spot a fake. first off the packaging has the wrong font. the true fragrance uses a serif font and this one is san serif.. plus its not printed on the package in the right orientation. once opened, youll notice that the bottom of the bottle has no engravings, only a sticker. Straight away fake. lastly, the perfume logo should be printed on the silver cap of the spray piece. there's nothing there. if you're kine with it being a fake, it smells fine. i just dont think it will last all day. added pictures with a true bottle for comparison.
