I love this trench so much. I have been wanting one for years and finally purchased it. The style is classic and looks good with everything I pair it with. It feels expensive yet comfortable to wear. I sized up so I could wear bulkier sweaters beneath it, and it doesn't look too big when I wear it with a t-shirt or blouse. You do not get any Burberry packaging when ordering from Neiman Marcus online, which was disappointing. It came packaged in a large box with a plastic hanger wrapped in dry-cleaner plastic.

The coat has two sizes in the collar label, UK size and US size. They are different, i.e. UK 8 / US 6). Since the coat was made in UK, I assumed the size specified on NM is UK and so ordered a size 8. What I received was US size 8. I had to bring it to the store for an exchange (for an US 6).
