The gift set consists of a hand shovel and garden shears in proven Burgon & Ball quality. The dustpan is engraved with "The love of gardening is a seed once sown, that never dies" and the handle is made of ash wood, from sustainable forestry (FSC). The garden shears are really handy and light. You can carry them with you at all times, even if you have not planned any special cutting action. The total length is only 17cm, with a weight of not even 150 grams. The blades are made of high-strength carbon steel and offer a permanent sharpness. The upper blade has a notch for cutting and pulling garden wire, e.g. when working with climbing tools. The handles are made of a light metal alloy and have a non-slip coating. The juice groove on the back of the lower blade prevents the blades from sticking.
