So far I've used these gloves twice at Idaho resorts. For me, the gloves work great. As a very active skier my hands don't build up too bad of a sweat and stay right in the middle of hot and cold. Probably wouldn't work great for less active skiers/boarders.

Great glove with good durability and the trigger finger makes life much easier over the mitt
I got these in the grey color and had used them almost immediately on a 7 degree day and a ski day the next. Hands were warm, the leather was comfortable and soft. Size fit me perfect. Used a tow rope and also was sliding on ice.
Index finger is pretty tight. Probably for dexterity. But a bit weird at first. But they are surprisingly warm for how low volume they are. Good overall design and waterproofness. Of course if your hands sweat, they will get damp inside. Probably ideal for temps from 30F down to maybe 20F. To warm for a hike up a hill, but they were not intended for that. And in the 15 to 0F range, you will want warmer gloves, unless your hands just run hot all the time. I do love the smooth feeling of the inside material. Great build Burton!
They feel perfect in terms of comfort and moderate warmth. Excited to take them out next season
The only reason I didn't give these 5 stars is that I wish the cuff came down full length. Super comfy and well insulated. Index finger allows you to work zippers and such much easier than a mitten.
Incredibly comfortable. My son stole them from me the first day. A little too warm for slushy days but otherwise, awesome gloves.
I always went with mittens and thought the trigger finger would be a great addition. honestly, if you got good gloves, stick with em. If you need new ones any way, this is a good bet. The whole Idea is not as useful as it sounds though
