Worst service ever.On a ski trip tried 3 times to order a jacket to Austria.3 times they bungled the order.No apology just pure arrogance.Ended up ordering the jacket elsewhere.Jacket arrived 2 days later.I don’t know how burton manages to survive in a service orientated environment.
