I went to a retailer to try them on before buying. The fit seemed great, but after 4 hours on the mountain I couldn't continue due to burn/ friction marks on my shins. I figured it's a new shoe, waited 2 weeks and went again. Same thing. I've been boarding for 15 years and never had this issue. I ended up renting boots for the rest of the week and will try to exchange these.

I highly recommend these boots and going to a local store to be fitted for them! They were easy to break in, lightweight and are very comfortable when walking around. The double boas are perfect for making it easy to adjust the boot to your liking and the faux fur lining has been keeping my feet very warm during the season. I'm a true size 8 and I bought the brown boots in a size 8 at a local Evo. I'm very happy with my purchase and would absolutely buy these again!

I followed other reviews and went half a size up from my street shoe size. They started out fine-ish but the boots expanded over time, and became way too big! Don't size up!!I ended up going to a Burton store to properly try on different sizes, and ended up getting the Felix in a half size smaller than my street shoe size. In these shoes, my toes are touching the front of the shoe without being too uncomfortable, which is what they recommended.

The lacing system of the inner liner only goes just above the ankle which causes it to dig into my shin when doing toe side turns. I have narrow feet so I like to have my liners pretty snug. It doesn't dig into my shin when I lace them looser, but then my feet move around. Not the worst thing, but I just prefer my boots to be more snug to my foot and ankle. Overall the boot is comfortable and has the right amount of flex for me.
Boots are okay as a starter boot. However if you have a skinny ankle the boot might not be for you. The liner is moldable but only to a certain extent, meaning if you have narrow feet and skinny ankles you will get heel lift. Other than that the boot is fairly comfy. As a person with larger than normal calves, I found boots to be comfortable around calves without them digging in.
These are super lightweight. I am a true 9 in womens shoes/boots.I ordered a 9 in these boots and when I tired them on (without socks) they were too short. My toes touched the end of the boot. No way these would fit especially with thick socks.I returned and ordered a womens 9.5 instead
First time snowboarder here! After looking all over online for my first pair of snowboarding boots and feeling overwhelmed by the selection, I decided to go with these. I am a true womens 8/8.5 depending on the type of shoe, but am usually an 8.5 in women's hiking boots. I read other reviews saying they run small, so I ordered a 9. When they came, they weren't the right color that I ordered, but tried them on anyway and they were definitely still too small as my big toe was hitting the end of the boot. Luckily customer service handled my return swiftly and smoothly (since I got sent the wrong color boots to begin with) and I immediately ordered a 9.5 - they fit me perfect this time! Perfect for beginner snowboarders. So comfortable when walking and riding! I used to walk all awkward with my other boots but these have great flex to them. The lining is my fave and I love how warm and cozy they are. They’re lined with this faux fur so it’s not Duffin into your skin when bending your knees. I also just love the color and how great and useful the Boa adjuster is. Cuts down so much time in comparison to having to tie the laces up tight each time and don’t have to deal with the laces getting wet anymore or muddy after I take them off and they get dirty from the muddy floor from melted snow. Life changers for sure! I highly recommend them.
I really like these boots!! First time snowboarder here. The BOA system is very nice & quick!! There is molding foam in the boot which I have notice with each outing, is becoming a better fit! I did size up 1/2 a size from my normal boot size... I am normally a 6.5 in shoes, 7 in boots, but I chose to purchase a 7.5 in these and they fit perfect!!
I measure a 241 foot and my foot touches the end of the size 8(25). The heel hold is great without pinching your ankle. The toe box is more roomy than vans imo. The Burton 8 is the equivalent of a 8.5 in vans (mondo size). I run in 9 and wear size 8 in flip flops and heels. I ended up returning these white ones to evo and purchasing the black elsewhere. The white doesn't say Burton down the tongue which I wanted. Quality boot with super soft liner. I also don't know why any boot would only have one boa. I found the double to be a must for fit
