I LOVE these bindings. Easy to get in, easy to get out. They work and I have not worried one single time about popping out or falling out. So confident in fact I don't use a tether. These feel just as great and responsive as a traditional binding too.The one annoyance I have is theres about 1/2 " of play in the high back when leaning toe side. While riding this really doesn't matter, and I can't feel it at all. This could be because the boot flex, or maybe how the binding is made.. not sure.

This bindings are new and they are really easy to step-on into snowboard bindings in the boots. It take not more than 20 seconds to step-on and ride, easy and comfortable.

Takes some getting used to at first, but is a breeze when you've adapted. You really need to make sure all 3 clips are in or you could come out of the binding, but just listen for clicks and pull your foot away from the binding to make sure you're secure.

Ultimately, I'd primarily consider your riding crew and budget before purchasing the Step On Bindings. If your snowboard buddies rock traditional straps, you're just going to be waiting around anyway. But if your riding partners ski or like to explore the mountain without getting into anything too committing, give the Burton Step Ons a try. Another consideration is that once you go Step On, you're commited until you decide to change your entire setup — boots and bindings. Burton's proprietary ecosystem doesn't come cheap and the more limited selection of Step On compatible boots won't fit every single foot, so I'd recommend trying on the boots before making the plunge.
I have been snowboarding for almost ten years and have never tried Burton Step On's before. The main concern I had was that the bindings were going to feel loose and be unresponsive. After testing them out, I realized I was completely wrong. The Burton Photon and the Step On bindings were very stiff and super responsive- just the way I like my set up. The step on's felt very secure and rode like normal pair of boots and bindings. I spend a couple runs doing some aggressive turns trying to put the step ons to the test, but they never budged! It was an awesome feeling being able to roll of the chairlift and just step on and go without ever stopping! I 100% recommend the Burton Step Ons.
Bought these for my wife who was getting tired of sitting down to bind in every time. On top of everyone waiting for her to do so. Really easy use.
Great bindings, I liked too much, the only problem I found is that the right binding was little loosy the highback for the fowardlean...I had to screw the screws of the fowardlean till they reach f2 and obviously I did it on left binding... In that way both bindings are tight.. so I have to be a little of fowardlean, it dosnt affect too much... But if you wanted 0 fowardlean could be a problem.. the rest were ok. Super beatiful and great materials.. they are solid, hope can test them this winter season on Argentinas mounstains.
I love these bindings! They're so much easier to use than traditional bindings and allow me a quicker ride from lift to slope.
Bought at the end of the season, so i have not tested them yet. The build quality is great. I can’t wait for the season to start again (long wait though)
It took a bit of time to get used to the bindings but I feel safe and secure in them. Make sure you hear all the clicks before going down the hill though. Sometimes it can be hard to clip in all the way, snow needs to be cleared and you have to push down hard sometimes.
