Bushnell 10x42 Prime Binoculars
They started out with fully multi-coated optics to increase light for a brilliantly bright picture. Then they used BAK4 prisms to increase brightness even further. To guarantee the weather elements don’t get in the way, they gave these Prime 10x 42 mm binoculars the exclusive EXO barrier lens coating to shake off water, dust, and debris. Next, they made them IPX7 fully waterproof to inspire confidence in the field.

42mm The glasses travel on the bike in my saddle bag. Easy to handle and are quick to focus. Crisp sharp images. Very happy.

Bushnell Prime 10x42. Poor build quality. Glass has potential to be great but rhs suffered astigmatism. Contrast and field ok. Rotatable eyecups held on with o-ring which caught and twisted out within 10 mins of unpacking - leaving eyecup flopping around with no stops. LHS came out a few weeks later. Had to use electrical tape to hold cups in the close position as any further out is pointless. No relief for eyeglass wearers. Focus mechanism was not tight - noticably moving rhs barrel before left. Not a lot to love about this new release from Bushnell. If I lived in the U.S. I would've sent em back in a second.

I wanted a pair of binoculars to watch birds see boats out in the ocean when I’m on the beach look out over the valley when I’m climbing mountains and these work perfectly. Crystal clear easy to adjust for my eyes I had that done in a minute. The case is adequate the covers for the lenses are perfect one of them is attached and just pops down and the other end you can takeoff. Just heavy enough to be high-quality binoculars but not too heavy that my arm gets tired. Bushnell hit them out of park this one.

We recently determined we needed a second pair of binoculars for bird watching, specifically hawk migration. We wanted a good quality pair but did not want to spend a ton. We have an existing high end pair and I have to say the Bushnell's optics are as good. Bright, clear and full view. Very easy to focus quickly too. Totally impressed!
These are the best! They are everything I wanted them to be. A great product. Well built. Wonderful features, easy to use, lightweight and great additional items included with the binoculars as well. I purchased these for stargazing and these have not let me down. They are the perfect weight for it and show amazing detail. I have no doubt these will give me many years of enjoyment. The size is just perfect for taking on hikes for birdwatching and enjoying the scenery as well. Great multi-use binoculars! Very happy with this purchase!
I'm a beginning birder who decided I needed a pair of binoculars instead of always using the zoom lens of my camera. After some web searching I decided on the Bushnell Prime 10x42's. I've been using them for a couple of weeks now and am very happy with my purchase. They're the balance of features/functionality, quality and price that I was looking for. They "feel" like a quality unit - nice and sturdy! It took just a couple of minutes to get the eye cups positioned and adjusted. I get a nice clean view - and can easily adjust the focal depth with just the slightest move of the focus wheel. While these do not have the much touted "ED" glass - they still provide a great view even in low light conditions (dark woods, early morning twilight). While these do not have the much touted "ED" glass - they still provide a great view even in low light conditions (dark woods, early morning twilight). I like that the lens caps (for the "big" end) are sturdily attached to the body of the binos - and the the handy neck strap makes it easy to attach the lens caps for the eye cups. Even the lens caps are good quality (nice rubber ... as opposed to cheap hard plastic!) I especially like that the $150 (..ish) price tag didn't break the bank!!!I'm usually a "more is better" kind of guy when it comes to these sorts of things - and looked at some 12x52 models as well. Now having used the 10x42s - I can say I'm glad I didn't go with a more powerful 12x model !!! It quickly became clear that I would have struggled holding a pair of 12x binos steady enough to take advantage of the additional magnification. The 10x are perfect ... and the 42 (size of the focal point) are just right for me.I'd recommend these Bushnell Prime 10x42 binos to anybody looking for a pair of binos in the $150 price range.
I bought this bundle last month. I needed new binoculars and wanted a range finder. Absolutely no parallax or cross vision in the binoculars, super clear. I tested the range finder on my archery range. Ranges over 30 yards were more accurate than under 30.
I am Really Happy to see your Binoculars !!Usually, I never comment on blogs but your article is so convincing that I never stop myself to say something about it. Your topic is amazing. and here I got some Binocular list which i loved. You’re doing a great job Man, Keep it up. https://www.fixoutdoor.com/best-binoculars-for-hunting/
These were a replacement for other binoculars from Bushnell that were defective. I use them mostly for hunting in the Adirondack mountains in upstate N.Y. So far they seem to be okay, although I now wish that I had gotten the 8X. I wear glasses and I have a difficult time with the 10X. They seem to be built okay so far but I will update this after I put them through a season of tough backwoods hunting and crawling through the extremely hard backcountry that I hunt here in the Adirondacks. Not a lot of equipment can take the punishment that I put the equipment through. So, we will see if they can take the test.
i like the binucolar but for racing i thought the 12x50 would be better at 1/2 mile tracks to 1.5 mile tracks and would bring the cars closer at long distance. what do you think. i didn,t have a problem with the 10x50 bushnell binuclors with shake how would the 12x50 work for me.let me know if i should change to the 12x50 and would they work and feel more like my old 10x50 bushnell they worked good at the races will the 12x50 work like those if so i would like to get those vs 10x50 if i did not have shake with the 10x50 will the 12x50 work better to see the cars up close at a longer distance on 1/2 mile tracks to 2.5 mile trackscall me at 434-634-2225 and let me know. i haven.t used the 10x42 yet i used my frends 10x42 i ordered for him.thank youmel
