Baccarat butchers chopping block

I am disappointed with this purchase. The board has very noticeable gouges in the wood. It also has a very rough surface, so when you wipe it after use your cloth gets caught on the timber. I expected this to be better quality considering the price.

Item is ok , but the finish on board is very rough on top, will see how it goes over time, have noticed that it seems to mark very easily from knife blades.

Great board.

Looks great. It’s a lovely, heavy board. It did take longer than expected to arrive. I suspect the post Christmas rush was to blame for the belated delivery, as I have ordered from them in the past and received my items much sooner.All in all, the chopping board is good quality and I highly recommend to anyone sitting in the fence. It’s also aesthetically pleasing!

Never received and no refund yet

I was sent the wrong items ( 2 bottles of animal spray for insects???) and still have not received the cutting board or a refund. Do not buy from MyHouse. Emails about the problem were auto responded with no follow-up or action. Still waiting.

Not great quality

I would expect a better product from one that has a $239 retail price. The first one we received had marks on it, and visible filler. Customer service sent us another one promptly, but the timber has not been cut parrallel to the edges, and has a dent in the top. The weight is good, and the look is lovely - but only worthy of a cheap board as far as price goes.

Really pleased so bought another one.

Besides giving me the functionality I was seeking it looks really good on my bench. In fact, this is the second Board I purchased.
