I ordered this for a 4 week Euro trip - I was travelling very light and wanted something that I could take on the plane while I fasted. And something to help ensure I didn't get the usual travel tummy. I was doing a minimum of 20k steps each day with steep inclines. My friends all loved it our favourite flavours were kiwi strawberry and pineapple. I bought the mango tub for home and mix my creatine with it before the gym. Such a game changer I've gotten so many people onto dr. hydrate now

Thought I would give Dr Hydrate a go for general hydration as well as being a new runner. It makes a MASSIVE DIFFERENCE!!!!! One example is after a bigger run, i was feeling very brain foggy, lethargic, profusely sweating etc. I had one sachet as prescribed and within a short time felt a million times better. I have been having less cramps, minimal soreness, and just feeling overall way better within my recovery!!!Further to this, being a member of the SES I used Dr Hydrate on a team member who was suffering mild dehydration symptoms during an operation and again within a short amount of time he was back to being fully operational and performing at his best!

Have had them all, but pineapple by far is the best one (there a few close seconds) but I’ve had this for 3 months straight now, everyday, 1-3 times a day and never got sick of it once. Pinapple + water + ice + shake it up = is unbelievable!!! Can’t stop!!!

As the mother of a competitive athlete, purchasing anything that could potentially be a risk of swabbing positive in competition is always stressful. The HASTA certification has taken all the worry away, and I purchase with complete confidence. What's even better is my son continuing to rave about the product, saying it's the best he's used for taste and results.
I tried multiple electrolyte and hydration products after starting stimulant medication and suffering cramps during training despite increased water intake and magnesium intake. Since taking Dr Hydrate I have not suffered any cramping while training, including during intense dance technique lessons which usually have my feet and toes cramping continually.Dr Hydrate is now a firm fixture in my daily routine!!
I bought this for a diabetic who gets quite dehydrated and gets the wobbles if he does too much sweating- I honestly think it’s saved him at least two hospital visits ! It’s fabulous and he loves it - he’s a farmer so spends a lot of time outside doing manual labour- it works- I originally got the sachets for our sport mad kids because they are perfect in the kit bag but the pot is cost effective for my husband and it’s amazing
The pineapple has a sweet but not too sweet taste. Perfect for the warmer months and delish when super chilled! I like other hydration drinks, Dr hydrate is not sticky or thick and not salty to taste. It’s absolutely delicious.
Although we love the QLD weather we have found it to be quite dehydrating. DR Hydrate is our preferred way to rehydrate daily. Hydration is super important for many health aspects including digestion and mental acuity. Our energy levels have increased since we committed to drinking DR Hydrate daily.
Good product, tastes nice and has some good ingredients. My only gripe is that it has very low sodium compared to other products on the market. Most other brands are between 800-1000mg. Given sodium is what we are after for hydration, I probably won't buy again.
Amazing flavour taste and really gives me a boost. Suffering from CFS/ME My body is always dehydrated no matter how much water i consume. Since starting Dr Hydrate my brain fog has improved my skin is softer and brighter and i feel like i have more energy. It has made a massive difference to my hydration level too.
