This fragrance is certainly not for everyone. It is clean. Like SUPER clean. At first it smells like bathroom cleanser it is so clean. I know this sounds appalling, but once the perfume settles down, it’s lovely. Almost a cooling scent of soap with a touch of sweetness. A little spritz goes a long way, which is a good thing when a bottle costs as much as this does. A friend of mine wears Pure Grace from Philosophy all winter for that clean, cool soapy vibe, but Blanche from Byredo meshes much better with my chemistry. The initial scent is a bit cool and aldehyde-heavy with hints of peony, and the dry down has warmth and musk, but not too much. This is not one to spray and walk through. I spray once on the wrists to get the skin dry down and once in the hair to keep that cool aldehyde scent wafting back throughout the day. The sillage is moderate, which I prefer. I don't like my scents to shout or be obtrusive. I find it lasts all day on me.If you want to sample, you can also find Byredo at Nordstrom. Blanche is also available in the 6-pack Discovery Service set, the 3-pack La Sélection Florale set, or the 3-pack La Sélection Nomade set. I would recommend any of these sets (the only perfume I don't like is Rose of No Man's Land because I'm not huge on rose perfumes), but the sets truly are more samplers, so they don't last long.

I have few of the Byredo perfumes. My favourite is the Elevator music. This perfume, the Blanche is a very light, feminine fragrance, good to wear to the office, to see family, church, all occasions, where you have to be careful not to be overpowering with your aromas. I can hear flowers in the aroma, but its not sweet in any way, it is fresh and clean, but not citrusy. It is a nice classic to have when you wore your ouds and oriental perfumes for few days in a row and now wondering which pefrume to grab to go out and not think too much. It will match most of your outfits and everyday moods.

I love, love, love this! It’s the ultimate clean scent and lasts around 8-12 hours on clothes and 4-5 hours on the skin. Projection is moderate. All round an amazing scent when you just want to smell nice. It’s a people pleaser and definitely office appropriate. Shines all year round no matter the weather. It’s fresh af and clean, but also super comforting. I’ll always buy this!
I have received a sample of this parfum. I don't think this will belong to my favorite fragrances. It is a heavy and it reminds me of the parfums that old ladies wear ( no offense sorry ). I prefer fresh and earthy fragrances or fragrances from orient. I also prefer the Gypsy water over this which is one of my favorites. However I don't really understand the consistency of Byredo parfums because nobody can smell them on me and when I asked around they think I have no parfum at all.
This perfume was sold to me as a scent reminiscent of 'just laundered' clothes. Granted, there are fresh notes to this scent, but Blanche is distinctively floral. Unfortunately, the projection and staying power are not particularly noticeable, so for this reason, I likely won't repurchase this perfume.
I received a sample of this with a purchase. I love Byredo scents and this one doesn't disappoint. I was a bit sceptical as I'm not a big fan of floral as it can be pretty strong and irritate my nose and head. This however is so light and totally wearable for me, so soft and summary not heady floral. it has a hint of sweetness and musk which is just lovely. Not my favorite scent they do (mojave ghost is my winner) but still lovely and long lasting.
Smells clean and powdery, quite a comforting scent but not one I would want to spend that amount of money on. It’s nice but for me just that. It’s a scent I’d put in on a Sunday or at night to sleep, it’s comfortable and comforting which is nice. It’s not the scent I’d normally choose, I got a sample of this and glad I got to try it. It reminds me of another perfume but can’t recall which. Won’t buy as it’s just not for me. It smells like clean laundry and climbing into your clean fresh bed at night.
I received a sample of this and have actually been intrigued by this particular perfume, due to the descriptions of white flowers and fresh linen. This is a grown up scent, not a powdery baby perfume (which I happen to love) this fragrance is perfect for spring and summer. It won’t disturb others, so appropriate for office/work, as it doesn’t wear you, if that makes sense. You will smell fresh and clean, which is always a lovely thing to be! Longevity is ok but in summer you may want a re spritz!
I love love love this perfume, i'm not sure it is interesting enough to justify the price. I LOVE white florals, I get white florals, lemon and musk from this. It doesn't have much staying power which is a shame. It reminds me a lot of star magnolia by Jo Malone. I probably wouldn't repurchase, i'm not sure I can justify the price because I don't think it is interesting enough.
