Byredo - Burning Rose Candle - 240g

I love byredo candles, I first bought this in the smaller version before purchasing the larger version. I always enjoy floral scents and this was no exception, it's a really interesting rose scent with notes of violet (powdery) and ebony wood. It is similar to cedar wood and rose of no man's land byredo perfumes. It's quite an intense scent, it has a really strong throw.

Byredo candles are a staple in my home. The candles burn for an unbelievably long time and fill the room with just the right amount of scent. I feel the brand has it spot on with just how much scent is needed to fill the air without being burdening or sickening. This is a beautiful rose scent, but has deeper notes so isn’t the usual sweet ‘rose’ scent we all know. The scent is deep but fresh and you can bet any visitors will ask what it is! It definitely draws you in! My favourite Byredo scent is Safran but this takes a very close second place, and Byredo just never lets you down in terms of quality and burn time. The signature glass jars are a talking point in themselves and can be reused after the candle has burned! Well done Byredo!

Just a tiny flame on a sexy bottle. Kind of like that super-hot guy at the coffee shop until he opened his mouth, and you ran off because he had only wax where you have brain tissue. Although you're definitely not feeling smart now, with $90 less in your bank account, ignoring all the other reviewers who tried to warn you not to fall for the pretty bottle.
