There is nothing inherently wrong with this hand cream. It smells good and the lotion itself is high quality. I just don’t personally think it is worth the $50 price tag. There are other hand creams that are just as effective as this for under $10. That being said, I do enjoy using this and it has that bougie quality to it that makes me feel fancy. The fragrance is quite strong. I can’t wear this around my husband because it sets off his allergies and gives him a headache. So I would not recommend this to anyone with fragrance sensitivities. The fragrance is very unique and difficult to describe. It is somehow simultaneously smoky, powdery, and slightly sweet. It is slightly citrus/orange with a hint of spiciness as well, like black pepper….very complex. It has a warm/cozy/sensual vibe. The actual hand cream is fast absorbing and not greasy. It is more moisturizing than a typical lotion, but not as thick as many other hand creams I have tried. My hands get really dry in the winter and this formula doesn’t cut it, but it is perfect for the warmer seasons. It could easily be used on other parts of the body, not just hands. The tube is long lasting since a little goes a long way. I’m not a huge fan of the packaging as the metal tube can get easily bent/punctured. And I don’t prefer screw on caps. I find they take unnecessarily long to close and can be tricky with slick just moisturized hands. If you adore the fragrance, are really into the brand, or love luxury products then this might be worth the $50 to you. I will enjoy using mine but would not buy it again.

I recently bought this hand cream and I loved it so much that I bought it for my friends and family for stocking stuffers and holiday gifts. It's small enough to put in my make up bag or in the pocket of my small purse to carry it around. And the scent is always exceptional. A little goes a long way so just a small pea size is enough to moisturize your hand and it keeps my hands soft for the rest of the day.

Really good hand cream. I work with chemicals a lot on a daily basis and my hands are very dry. This cream is good. It’s not a miracle that after one use you hands completely healed but it definitely helps on a daily basis to maintain some sort of softness and a lot less dryness. My only concern is the price tag. £31 for 30ml it’s a bit of a luxury.

I used a lot a lot of hand creams from western and Asian brands. I need to say the byredo hand cream are now my favorites to use at night. First if you like the byredo fragrances you’ll not be disappointed. For me I like to use this one at now cause the scent is relaxing and the formula is moisturizing as well. I put a good amount and go to bed. The morning my hands are soft. During the day I prefer to use a light weight formula to avoid fingers prints everywhere on my phone etc.
Its my fault for not reading the actual size of this hand cream, but for the price, its absurd! Mine arrived with a piece of tape over it, no seal on the inside and the scent was not strong at all. Nothing special about this hand cream. Very very small for the price. I would not recommend this to anyone. You might as well just buy an unscented lotion. Not super hydrating for hands and the smell disappears after a few minutes. Extremely disappointed.
Gypsy water is probably my favourite Byredo fragrance. I’ve worn it for years and always receive compliments when I do. I was originally gifted this version of the hand cream and have gone on to repurchase several times. It’s such a luxurious treat to have in one’s handbag and the packaging is so chic and minimalist. Really hydrating hand cream and always a pleasure to use.
I like gypsy water perfume but I don’t have a full bottle as I don’t love it that much. I thought a hand cream will be a very good compromise. Now, as a hand cream it is a really good quality hand cream. It’s rich, moisturising, it soaks in well and performs top notch. However, the perfume part of it isn’t great. It feels way too overpowering and when I put it on at night, I can still smell it in the morning. To me, that’s a really good quality for a perfume but not so much for a hand cream.I don’t really like the packaging either. I know it probably looks cool and it’s all over social media, but to me it just doesn’t really work. However, as a perfumed hand cream it just feels a bit too perfume heavy for me and because of that I would not repurchase.
I absolutely love this brand, the smells are so unique and they last for hours. The cream is intensely rich and is beautiful and soft. You can put it on it doesn’t feel wet or oily after just really moisturised. It’s not cheap but as a treat this product is the best on the market.
The Byredo Gypsy Water Hand Cream smells divine, with a delicate woody floral scent. The cream is gentle on my very dry, sensitive skin leaving my hands feeling nourished, hydrated, and soft, my skin also appears to be smoother. I will continue torepurchase, and I would highly recommend.
Wonderfully indulgent hand cream that delivers on both hand care and amazing scent. The perfume is gorgeous and lasts for ages. The hand cream itself is deeply moisturising and absorbs well to leave my skin feeling soft and conditioned. If you like Gypsy Water perfume, you'll love this. It is the perfect way to top up the lovely scent during the day, without overdoing it.
