As somebody who is allergic to gluten, it can be really tough to find cookies which have the same texture and taste as cookies I used to eat. These cookies are the most delicious cookies I have ever had (gluten free and normal included). They are perfectly soft and fudgy and have the perfect ratio of cookie to chocolate. Definitely by go to cookie!

Triple Choc Fudge GF is the best-est ever cookie! Even my hubby who usually refuses to eat anything that has 'GF' label on it loves this and it's his favourite chocolate cookie now.
